Great service in house calls
Guy that came for a home call today was super nice, he explained to me what he was doing and why the entire time, and gave me lots of advice for the future. Great service and knocked a fiver off the price for me. Would definitely use this company again for future problems.

tried everyone on the wirral but no-one would come out to a virgin problem,one came and sold me a new computer but could not get it up and running.Then I got Steven King. So professinal and he managed to sort out the problem.I can highly recomend him and I am very fussy.I will not use any one else but this company again,I note he fixes other items too so I will be using him for those too,Thanks Steve for your help

Excellent Service
Steve did an excellent job fixing my lads PC. I rang him in the morning and he had the problem sorted by the afternoon, which was brilliant. He explained everything clearly in a way we could understand (I have no clue with PCs) The computer is running perfectly now. Very professional and reliable—would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer repairs. Thanks again, Steve!

Excellent service. I got my HDD taken out and replaced with an SSD. PC has completely transformed and feels brand new. Service was complete within 24 hours with all data moved and completely setup with windows 11 installed.

Steven was knowledgeable and competent
Steven came out to help me with problems on my computer. He resolved all of them and showed me how to manage emails etc. He is very knowledgeable and competent and knows his way around a computer. I was quite impressed and will certainly call him again when needed. I also thought his charges were very reasonable.

First class remote access service
I rang Steve for advice re MS Outlook issues (lost Contacts with new version of software !!) and he recommended a remote access appointment the next day. The Service provided was clear, thoroughly professional and guided me through a solution and importantly how to create a backup of my contacts for the future. A first class service.

One problem was found and fixed. Then a second was found later on that day. rang again to explain what had happened. He came out the same day and fixed the computer. Happy to say my computer is up and running.
