They took my order and my money and then just disappeared - could not be contacted

No a legit company stay away from them. I still have it received my stock that was ordered and paid for in January 2021. They don’t answer emails anymore. I was told throughout the whole year last year they are waiting for stock.

Ordered a battery in January 2022 and have not received anything from them. Have mailed them three times without success. They don't give refunds. Its a scam company.

I bought in January 2022. More than R20 000 spent. Nothing received. Nothing gets responded to in email call or visit. Is there a way of reporting them with the hope of recouping my money? Please help.

If there was zero or minus stars rating. Ordered 19 February and paid R 1 300 for a battery. Never heard of them. They don't reply to any of my emails. contact numbers do not work!!!!

I placed an order in January 2022 for just over R9400 worth of equipment. No tracking info supplied. Phone number gives automated response to send emails only. Got one email reply in March 2022 and one in April 2022, saying they could not provide an ETA and do I want to continue with the order, to which I said yes. No further response and now the website has gone down. This company is obviously a scam. Is there any chance of getting our money back? Is the matter being handled by SAPS?

I have made a payment to them in February for R 8 015.00 and they have just disappeared with my money. Where can we find these guys to get our money back?

Absolute scam - give your money to a deserving charity instead! No product and no refund despite repeated assurances.

Definitely a SCAM. Fake. Their phone number has an automated voice answering system that tells you they can only be contacted via email - and they do not respond to emails after the initial "apology that supplier has no stock"
I requested a refund and have not heard from them since. Thankfully I only ordered a small amount as I was not sure of their legitamacy.

I made a purchase 7 months ago and have not managed to get a hold of any of their support staff nor any updates on this purchase. Don't buy from this company. Total scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ABSOLUTE SCAM. placed an order in September 2021. Items never arrived NO REFUND after they undertook to do so. 10 MONTHs and the same generic email reply.

It has been 1 month and 15 days since I ordered a TV and did not receive it, my order has supposedly been cancelled and I still haven’t been refunded. I have sent of details to the authorities for theft/scam.
The customer service is non existent your happy to take money then you hear nothing or just the odd response which is A LIE!
I was told I’d have my refund between 7 and 14 days that’s now passed!!

This is by far the WORST place I have ever bought at!! I ordered a helicopter for my sons birthday in November 2021 of over R3000, I have still not received it and today is 9 April 2022!!! I cannot get a number that works to get through to them, I mail constantly and they answer now and again saying they will get back to me and that is as far as I get! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! I BASICALLY THREW R3000 DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!!

Ordered R10000 worth of CCTV cameras over a month ago, never arrived, no email or phone contact possible. They've deleted their phone number. They used to be legit, have previous orders that were filled some years ago, but now they just let the website stay up and take payments. I've reported them to their payment vendor Paygate - dpogroup, and to their hosting provider zahid.host and made a credit card dispute with my bank.

If I could give Zero Stars, I would. Placed an order on 8 November for over R8k, delivery never received and they still have not provided me a refund. These people are scammers, do NOT buy from them. They will take your money and not respond to any emails.

Ordered a package worth over R3500 and it just never arrived. PC Link will not respond to my emails nor does their contact number work. These people are scammers and thieves ! Do not use PC Link.

Ordered RAM. Paid. Never, ever got my goods. I Sent emails and got a reply on the first email about they are waiting for their supplier, then the rest got ignored.

Bad Service, Definitely a scam, they don't have a Land line or any contact number, Don't trust them, I have tried to make contact with them , got lied to twice by Dehan Williams & Garth Botha, I would NOT Recommend you waist your time and money with such scammers

More than 6 months after placing an order the items have not been delivered and they are not responding to emails about the order. Scam.
