Warning
Warning ! Signed up for PCprotect few years ago when I was in hospital. Silly me, I thought I was just buying one year of protection but when they debited more payments a year later, I contacted them to cancel. Verbally and I emailed to say cancel all future payments & they confirmed back in writing they would cancel.( And they don't make it easy to contact them) But fast forward another year, and they took out more money. They refunded one of those payments but kept the other payment refusing to refund it all. I've lost hundreds of dollars. I had problems for multiple years trying to get them to honour the cancellation. Ended up having to take a complaint to Fair Trading. Once your in, they make it near impossible to get out. I'm dreading next January, stressed they will still take out their payment. Be careful here.

Happy with the PC protect but disappointed that it does not have ios app for my iPhone although it promotes that it does.

Today I received a PayPal payment taken…
Today I received a PayPal payment taken for both £19 and also £119 I have removed their App from my equipment and was offered an 80% discount if I re-send my payment details!I do not use so cancelled the PayPal payment.They refuse to discuss refunding and am going round in circles to get a solution.I have no option but to contact my bank who will question why two payments?Nice if PcProtect reply.

Unable to cancel - be very careful!
Emailed to cancel my cover at renewal (has anyone noticed their website sends you around in endless loops when you want to cancel? Hmmmmm).
Money still taken.
Have seen alot of reviews of people in the same boat. People have had to CLOSE THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS in order to get away from their fraudulent process of renewal.
Be very careful with this company!

I used this software for a year
I used this software for a year. then I didn't want to continue. I requested to cancel it and asked for a refund. I never got a response. They charged me AUD 175 for nothing. I never got my refund.

I wanted to change to an American company to protect my pc and laptop. After canceling another service I found they had installed task to block my ability to uninstall their software. Get American made protection

Do not purchase, they are uncontactable
Update: I contacted them again as per below response and still nothing 2 days later.
I will be raising a complaint with the ombudsman.
This is the worst company. I’ve sent 4 forms of contact, calls, emails and 2 online forms and nobody has contacted me. They say they give you 30 days for refund due to auto renewal but won’t respond. They offer 8 devices but when I try to add my
Phone it won’t let me.
