A very helpful & knowledgeable representative sorted out the issues I was having with my PC after a failed Windows Update in a couple of days. My PC now runs better than ever & a couple of old issues were also solved as a by product of the work successfully carried out.
I would definitely use this company again & will recommend them to my friends.

The engineer was extremely helpful, in just under two hours he had managed to fix and entirely clean up my custom gaming PC that would not boot up. He also walked me through the whole process, explaining things at each stage.
Arranging an appointment was extremely easy, within four hours of our initial call, he was at my house and ready to start working.

With my laptop system disk approaching max capacity and my hungry high end apps demanding more system resources it was evident an upgrade was required.
Although I had performed many upgrades on desktop systems in the past, a laptop was new territory. I scoured the internet for a local solution and PCrepair2000 seemed to get good reports so after a quick contact I received a call back from PCrepair2000 and a chat with an engineer reassured me that the job could be accomplished at my home in CHESHAM. Now my laptop has a 1TB system disk (up from 256GB) and 16GB RAM (up from 8GB) and at each step of the update the engineer explained what he was doing. The price charged was more than reasonable and compared to the cost of a replacement laptop I reckon PCrepair2000 saved me at least 900 pounds sterling. I have no hesitation in endorsing PCrepair2000 for outstanding work.

It's good to find somewhere that not only deals with software, but also knows their hardware too.

A1-PC-Call sorted out issues with my main pc and laptop and today upgraded my standby pc's processor and hard drive so its performance now matches my rather newer main one. As a result, I now have three fully functioning computers, all capable of running my extremely complex Excel applications.

A1-PC-Call clearly know pcs and laptops inside out and should further issues arise in due course, or upgrades be required, I would without hesitation call on them to do it.

My PC's power supply unit suddenly broke and I was unable to use my PC for work. I called up PCrepair2000 and Hazim made time to come out on a Saturday to fix it as quick as possible. He brought a new power supply with him and it was fixed in no time. Excellent friendly service. Would recommend 100%

Pc repair 2000 took my very slow ineffective Pc and have turned it into a lightning fast beast that I struggle to keep up with. They quote up front so there are no surprises with cost and they turn up when they say they will. Their engineers are knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Would recommend.

We were delighted with the service - friendly, prompt and highly competent. The engineer diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and returned with the required spare part which got our computer up and running. We would highly recommend this service - everything explained in lay terms, and very efficient. We will call on them for any problems in the future.

Excellent and speedy service from this company, when my laptop failed. New hard drive installed, laptop returned, all completed within 2 days. I'm based in Harrow, and there is a pick up and/or fix at premise (where possible) service. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and the whole service good value for money. My son’s self build gaming PC was overheating and the CPU had a number of bent pins. The engineer was excellent, he talked us through his diagnosis of the issue throughout. He took the PC away for repair and returned it fully fixed by the next day over the weekend. He also showed my son how to look after it and adjust the power % of the cpu. He also told us what components to upgrade in the future if required. Would highly recommend. We live in Edgware.

My Macbook Pro got stuck in a reboot loop and none of the techniques in the articles I found online were helping, so suspecting a hardware issue I called PCrepair2000.

The engineer that visited was very knowledgable, polite, and professional. All initial diagnosis failed so he took it away for further analysis. It turned out to be a combination of a dead touchpad and a dead battery - not something I would have ever figured out by myself!

I now have my laptop back, with all data intact and it's running smoother than it has for years since the engineer also gave it a good clean/service while the cover was off.

Great service made phone call to engineer talked about my laptop issue told me he would order the part required a few days later rang back to make home appointment visit arrived on time repaired laptop also spent some time on cleaning to internal components really nice man and very friendly service
