Lee was awesome and really helped me. It was nice to see that customer service still exists. He not only gave me a great price on the software I needed, he was very patient and stayed on chat until I had it fully installed and even was able to help activate it remotely when my pc wasn't recognizing it. It was also great that they had a one time download, something that subscription services don't do these days while they rip off the consumer with high monthly rates. I long for the days of getting a cd install disc but this was the next best thing. I'd highly recommend PC Sales Online and Lee. Tell him I thought he was great.

My G-d, what a nightmare computer programs are for me! I lost 6 out of 9 terminals in a lightning strike last June and have spent all these weeks trying to get back up, and MS VISIO was my main bugaboo. Microsoft failed me completely and refunded my subscription. 365 just does not work with legacy engineering drawings. Then, I selected PCSALESONLINE. My own bank tried to peel me away from the deal, saying they (the bank) received numerous fraud complaints! I called PCSALES and a receptionist and I screamed at one another. I called the bank and screamed with them. Then I called PCSALES back and they ran the deal and the bank behaved. Installed the program. Reinstalled for 64bit. Went through the MS Authenticator grinder and of course it failed. Called PCSALES again, and they stepped up to the plate for me. They walked me through the install. The next day I pushed a wrong key and VISIO ran behind some bushes and hid. Called PCSALES again, and they walked me through, but this time using a remote conn. Have to give PCSALESONLINE.COM Six stars for all the help and all the patience. Wow. What a great outfit.

Got a GREAT price for an older version of Office. Better than anywhere else. Needed a little installation help and the on-line support helped me work it out. Very happy I now have a "real" version of Outlook and not the "app" version.

This was my 3rd purchase. The first 2 went perfectly. This last one gave a lot of trouble due to windows making it hard to update from windows 7 on a very old PC to windows 10. The support crew responded in a timely way and eventually found a fix that made my old computer able to download the new windows.
