Excellent product! Just be aware that the Windows product keys come from scrapped PCs, and Will need to be activated via phone!

The price was excellent for a Windows product with all that be said about Window (good & some not so good). Product was exactly as represented with very good installation instructions for anyone who needs them. Phone support was also excellent. Everything that a person would hope have in making a purchase!

Very happy with my software purchase.
This was my first time purchasing from PC Sales Online. The price for the Visio Pro was too good to pass up. I had trouble with installation right off the bat. Online chat support was very quick to respond. The installation instructions implied I was going to install MS Office. I already have MS Office 365, I just wanted Visio Pro 2019. I was told by chat support that is just how the installation of the software starts. I then had error messages because I did not fully understand the instructions, my fault for not reading them thoroughly first. I was told by chat support I had to uninstall my Office 365 first then proceed with the install and then reinstall Office 365. I got really nervous now, but the chat support was helpful with the first part.
I uninstalled Office 365 but then when I tried to install Visio Pro an error message that the key was used too many times. Contacted MS and that was not pleasant, got thrown out of the loop and had to start over. I was given another key to use. That one worked, but then the install took longer than I expected (probably my internet provider connection). Now I had to get my Office 365 back. I contacted online chat again and finally told to go to MS store and download my Office 365. That worked! Overall, if I were more computer savvy this would have been a lot less stressful. I am very satisfied with my purchase and with PC Sales Online and their support team.

rip off they just send you to Microsoft were you can download for free.

Software packages were exactly what I needed, I had an installation issue that was really my own fault, but their support team helped me thru it and also helped with activations, support was outstanding, timely and courteous. Best customer support I have ever had in dealing with a software provider over many years, will definitely look to them in the future.

I had trouble with my key and they fixed it right away and did all the work for me. I've used PC Sales many times and I'll keep using them.

This is a great site! Great pricing and they provide online chat support (a live person, not a bot). I uninstalled my current MS Office and installed the one I got from PC Sales. But it wouldn't activate since the old software (LTSC) wasn't fully uninstalled. They walked me step by step how to uninstall and get my current license activated. It was so fast and easy and I could continue my work.

Highly recommend this site over others! The chat support is above and beyond its competitors.

The product was delivered quickly. There was trouble installing it, and it was after hours. I received a message and a project number indicating that I would get a response quickly as possible. The next morning I received two options and one solved the problem. Great company, products and staff!
