I don’t want to have to pay a subscription for MS Office 365. The stand-alone versions available from PC Sales Online are just what I need. But MS doesn’t make the registration process easy. Thankfully the PC Sales support is fast, patient and knowledgeable. This is the perfect combination.

I have a new laptop. I just wanted a basic install of Word really. I bought an older version. It refused to install! Kathleen assisted me. It was crazy, but other versions of 365 and one note hade to be removed before this older version would install. Kathleen is a rockstar. Best customer service ever! Everything works great. The new laptop and preinstalled things were the issue on my end, and Kathleen made it all work.

I am sure it was probably my fault, but I had problems getting my purchased Office 2016 to work after I installed it. I was worried about that when I started. I used their on line tech support and though it took some time, Dan immediately worked me through the re-installation and got my software up and running.
You needn't be apprehensive about getting the software you purchase up and running quickly.

I was talking to a representative by the name of alexander, he was straight forward and kind to assist my problem right away and wouldn't you know it was absolutely correct when i miss typed the wrong information and it gave me a specific error. no wait time, no hastle. he assisted with my windows 11 pro activation key like a pro. best deal and best support ever! This rep deserve a raise, promotion and a 4 week paid vacation to his choice of destination. very on top of information and issues to manage ready to go. who ever is in charge? I moved my SSD to new computer and office was not authorized. I bougt a low cost keyy to get it fixed and I was stumped so I reach out to the email for support and got a response that solved my problem within a few minites. I have used PC Sales several time and I am always pleased

There was an issue with activation of Windows but I used the online chat and Kathleen guided me through the process. I would never have suceeded without her help. I highly recommend PC Sales Online.

Overall a bad experience due to the fact that product sold is invalid for activation and the seller is refusing to refund the purchase after multiple email attempts pushing the customer towards Microsoft product phone activation without disclosing the terms at the moment of purchase.

I had the same issue with my product key being used too many times (Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016). I used the chat and talked to a real person. Garry helped me get my Office activated. I just sent Garry one screen shot and in an instant he got the job done. Great chatting with a live agent. Thank you Garry for the great customer service.
