Honestly can’t fault this company, from day 1 ive been well informed, I’ve dealt with Lauren, Veronica & Zahra & they’ve been brilliant.

Brilliant communication and fantastic service from PCS Legal -massive thanks to Keely and Michelle from us both.

As first time buyers we were recommended PCS legal by a family member. They were all so lovely and extremely to quick get things done. I would highly recomend Luke Neale, very professional easy to communicate with and made the whole experience pleasant and stress free.

I picked this company since was highly rated and had decent reviews and a good price. In retrospect i have no idea why. It started of well looked nice system/dashboard...and then it all fell in to the PCS abyss. I have a simple purchase, no mortgage, no searches, no need for lots of questions and conveyancer interaction. The reality is they moved very slowly (eg dont expect any response except Fridays...and if you miss it another week is gone) even by conveyancer dismal standards, they dont respond, didnt act to what was request...you name it. They have i estimate held the sale up my at least 4 weeks due to their actions and inactions, I have now started a complaint process with them...first (auto email back)..."Allow 28 days for response" laughable when im complaining about inaction and thus a request for urgent action and they say 28 days. Beggars belief

We have just completed and whole process stress free due to such a great team.
From the first call taken by the friendly receptionists, Mia answering all our questions professionally and courteously and Stuart overseeing.
The service is worth every penny.

Luke Neale and Cassidy Clarke have been absolutely first class in our recent property move. When we first instructed we indicated that we hoped to complete in 12 weeks (knowing that was a fairly racey and optimistic timescale), and 12 weeks later we are in our new home! Thanks so much for your professional and expediant processing of searches, survey results consideration /enquiries, mortgage handling etc.; we're so happy we have completed with minimal hassle!

PCS Legal made the conveyancing and purchasing process smooth. I especially appreciated working with Ms. Jasmine Fisher, who was communicative and responsive. Any time that I had a question or concern, Ms. Fisher was quick to respond to my email or pick up the phone. Ms. Fisher and the team guided me through all of the requirements gathering and documentation, and I will say that having a knowledgeable, available team member supporting you makes a huge difference to your comfort and peace of mind. The sale went through very quickly due to exceptionally quick/ professional/ proactive approach from particular Amy at Rayleigh and Megan and daisy
We had a very particular date we were striving for and they did everything that was possible to get the date for us.

I have used PCS legal 3 times now, I would not use anyone one else. They took all the stress away from a house move. Very responsive. The online portal is clear and easy to navigate. Beth, who handled my case, was quick to respond to queries and always gave me a break down of documents and where I needed to sign etc. very smooth process, I would always recommend Beth and the team at Basildon PCS legal.

Words can’t put into context how much pcs Legal have helped us. We were lucky enough to have the lovely Christine and Kara! When I say these girl went above and beyond, they pushed us through so fast! Nudged when a nudge was needed. Don’t get me wrong we’re there quite times yes! But this was solely because of the sheer effort these girls were making behind the scenes to make our purchase go through not only within 3months but to ensure ever single issue or problem that came up was resolved promptly. They ensured we knew where we were every step of the way. We’d heard so much about the stress of solicitors and I can honestly say Christine and Kara took every bit of stress away for us.
