Delighted with my build as a first time buyer and new to gaming PC world, they were great and helpful through out the whole time.

Not only they helped me build the exact pc I wanted, with all the pieces I required, but it came fully assembled and ready to plug and play. It also arrived faster than I was expecting, and in perfect condition, which was excellent. Have not had a single issue with it!

In July of 2025 I bought a brand new PC for €1300. Worked great for 2 months and then the SSD just completely died. After being in contact with them for about a week, as they are incredibly slow to reply, they agreed for me to send my PC back for repairs. For a while they insisted there was no fault with the SSD, but they eventually discovered there was.

PC got repaired, replaced the SSD with a new one. All was great! That was until May 2026 when the PC just completely failed to boot up. It eventually did and it seemed to work until about a week ago, where the same issue has now shown up again. Except this time its much worse, it just completely fails to boot up 95% of the time.

Support is far too slow at responding, I'm lucky if I get one response per day.

It's just not worth it. Don't waste your money with PCSpecialist. I would never purchase from them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Buy from literally anyone else. I'm currently in the process of potentially getting a refund for my now, essentially dead, PC. Not even a year old. Not. Worth. It.

Excellent service,purchased new Custom PC and delivered to Dublin Ireland, plenty of emails explaining each process from first order to system built with photos, arrived in Athlone then shipped to Dublin, they also included all the spare parts that come with your equipment,power leads etc. no customs charges,

We have use PC Specialists for over 10 years with over 15 laptops and PC's built. The quality is top drawer and really good reliability. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I am an aging 38 year old that typically builds my own and friends and family computers regularly... but I dunno... I am too busy! lazy.. I prefer someone else to build my computer this time.

Exactly what I wanted, and delivered exceptionally quickly with detailed updates from the vendor at every stage of the process.

Really easy to complete my order. The compatability check was excellent and caught a few mis-matches. Really quick turnaround and delivery too. Will certainly use again if and when I need a new system.

I had some minor issues with my new laptop but as soon as I contacted PC Specialist they immediately got to work to diagnose the issue. They kept me informed all the way and resolved the issue. Configuring my own laptop was a big plus for me. Laptop arrived 3 days after I ordered, which I consider very fast. When I found that Windows 11 license key was not registered, I sent an e-mail to PC Specialist. I got reply within 30 minutes with new license key and the issue was resolved. Excellent service in all aspects. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a custom built PC or laptop.

Ordered a prebuilt pc and the price was very good not being overcharged in the slightest. it took around 3 days to be delivered and had no issues when setting it up. the pc runs smoothly and they provide extra screws and cable ties etc it youre in need which is nice. They also set fans to intake and exhaust so it wasnt needed to be done myself which was nice to see.

I bought a custom laptop with a GPU and 128GB of RAM. Surprisingly, I received it in less than a week. Besides paying much less than competitors for similar high-end laptops, the one I bought from PCSpecialist is of far superior quality.
I’m extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely buy from them again.

they don't just build you a custom computer, they will make sure it's a functional build via their website before allowing you to complete the order and it tells you exactly what needs changing and then with your order they include easy to follow tracking info and updates on your build as well as instructions for new pc/laptop users!

It's really a beast of a machine, and the most cutting edge Linux distributions work nicely with this one, despite stated that PC Specialist provides no guarantees of the drivers working properly with the new hardware.

Easy to use. Choices were explained. Good selection of equipment. Very happy with purchases.
