i cannot express how much excited i was when i first receiving my gaming desktop,the whole process only
took 9 days,every build process i get notification from my email and also i can log into their website also check the progress of the build,questions were answered promptly either by whatapps or emails,overall is a very pleasant and smooth transaction.Although the the CORSAIR AIO LCD panel doesnt work at the first bootup,but after the intial setup,i've googled it and reseat a few cables that's connected to the lcd and voila,it works as intended.
this is the only custom prebuild pc company that i would have no issue recomend to others.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS.

I myself are not sure about this company they were very supportive to me in the sense that I messed them around making my final decision to get a laptop from them. The spec was high and the price was high but fair. I was so excited to receive the laptop last Friday and get it out of the box. Considering it was high spec I thought it would be a fast machine. On the Friday I received the laptop the 17th (not the 6th as they claimed in the return paperwork)it took for ever to start. The window update took hours, nothing to do with my internet connection, much longer than my i7. Once I was finally in I downloaded COD and other higher end titles which I believed would run on this laptop easily. COD just would not run for love or money and after two days of frustration I decided for it to go back. I fully believe COD is a very poor game in the way it is set up so I don’t blame any one else other than Activision for this. Overall there communication was good and it is going back and order cancelled. The other issue I had was two sudden reboots one whilst trying to get COD to run and the other was completely random and the game was not even running. Considering I had only had the laptop two days it was concerning. All drivers seemed up to date NVidia was updated and registered. The first one looked like an over heat and the second no idea. When you pay over 2000 pounds you don’t expect this. I will say that they are accepting the laptop as it’s only be six days back and hope to get a refund soon etc.
My final note is the fact that they claimed the item was sent on the 6th ten days before it was sent on the return sheet so it looks like I have had it for 17 days. Which is not correct and I would have argued if need be. The collection is happening tomorrow and I hope that this is the end of it. So back to my slightly crap i7 that has never suddenly rebooted like this machine.

Ordered my PC online. No issues. Then I decided to change a component - no issues with that either. From start to finish this was an excellent experience and I got exactly what I wanted and had ordered.

The product turned out to be chef’s kiss, there were regular updates on the order itself, 3D model of the system really cheered us up and made the wait more bearable.
When the system arrived, with the next windows update mouse and keyboard drivers started acting up which is why we had to reinstall windows and it solved the problem. Technical support team was always there and did their best to help us on every stage of the process. We are enjoying the system a lot and are happy about working with PC specialist.

Customer support and tracking was excellent with regular updates on my order. When an item was out of stock they advised me on alternatives without trying to upsell. Just clear concise information. Order arrived in perfect condition with minimal set up required.

I had a great experience buying with pc specialist. I custom a gaming notebook for my self and a work notebook for my brother. Both projects were perfectly developed by the team of pc specialist. I will recomend this to all of my friends and family

Great build!

My experience with PC Specialist was great. I created my spec on the website, I really liked that I had options for the GPU and for other components (cooler, fans, storage etc) and after I confirmed my config the process was very smooth.

I got daily updates on the status of my build and was very impressed with how fast it shipped. I was very happy to see that the package included all the cables from the Motherboard, the GPU, the Power Supply etc. They all came neatly in a bag and there was also a big box that had all the manuals and a few other bits and bobs.

I've had the PC for almost a month at the time of writing this review and I haven't had any issues since I first booted it up. This is the first time buying a pre-built PC and I'm supper happy with my decision to go with PC Specialist.

Oh and another thing I need to mention - the cable management is flawless!

All my friends told me to build my own PC, but I decided to go with PC Specialist instead, and honestly, you just can’t beat the convenience. Everything was preassembled, and they included foolproof instructions showing exactly where to plug everything in. The PC worked perfectly straight out of the box, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

My computer is perfect and I didn't expect such a good system for a low price.

I found the whole process from picking the PC that was right for me to the delivery was excellent, the website is very easy to navigate, the build process is very well explained in regards to compatability of the various components and the pricing is transparent, delivery was very prompt and in time as advertised.

New high-end i9 laptop, 5070ti GPU, 64GB RAM and 2x4TB, promptly built and dumped at the door by DPD in Dublin without even ringing the bell. I've been using PC-Specialist regularly now and recommend them to other colleagues and clients but would be reluctant to so again where thousands of pounds worth of new kit is just dumped at an unsecured location in plain view of the street.

Laptop itself is ok, though the seemingly endless Windows 11 updates meant a couple of days before it could be used. Again, not really the fault of PC-Specialist, but a possible area for improvement for business users. The spec of laptop I wanted had a multi-coloured light up keyboard that looks tacky in a business context but I'm sure I'll figure out how to turn that off, again having a default low-bling option here would be beneficial. Quite heavy and not great battery life, both to be expected for this spec of device.

Overall, good build quality and value for money for a high spec unit which I've come to expect from PC-Specialist let down slightly by the items mentioned.

What I really appreciated was the fact that I was always kept informed about the progress of the build. No messing about.

Easy to order my spec online. Received updates on the progress of the order. Laptop arrived when they said it would. Laptop is working as expected. Im happy with this service.

I had a vey postive exprerience with PC specialist,I had a build in mind for gaming but wasnt sure so i built to their recommendations and ive had my pc for 3 weeks now and i couldnt be happier.
i would highly recommend PC Specialists.

I was very happy with the service and speed of delivery. Also the computer itself - outside of the specs - has excellent build and colour quality.

My Laptop has a couple of issues. since day 1 I've had random crashes which causes an auto restart. The screen freezes which forces me to turn the laptop off and on again. Lastly the battery doesn't seen to last that long even on balanced mode. the battery starts at 100 and goes to low 30s in about 3 to 3 and a half hours of use before I have to charge again.
