While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SERVICE OR…

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SERVICE OR THEIR FREE TRIAL!!! I signed up for the free trial to send an e-fax on March 31st. After sending the 1st fax, I called to verify with the fax recipient if they received my fax. They did not receive all the pages . I sent a second fax and called the fax recipient again. This time they had received all the pages but they were unclear and unreadable. So I had to go to a physical fax service and pay for my fax to be sent. Because I was unhappy with PDF.live, I tried to cancel the free trial, but could not find the "manage my subscription" page to do so. I assumed I would receive a notification in my email prior to the start of the subscription service that would allow me to cancel my service before it started. This also did not happen. I filed a dispute with my bank and received a refund from pdf-live.com for $51.88 and not the full amount I was charged which was $71.88. Don't let this happen to you.
