The agent I worked with was amazing. I had waited the 3 hours for the free download, but somehow my document did not upload. Total scam, do not use, they take a small amount £0.95 then smack you with a £39.00 monthly subscription.
Based in Limmasol in Cyprus so they think that are beyond GB consumer law.

They refuse to delete the payment info
I asked them to delete the payment info from the account, since this can not be done manually by me (which is a big red flag), and they refused. They said that they will delete the payment info at the same time with account deletion, in 30 days.
