My experience with customer service

PDF Master did not work for my needs. However, after I discovered that I had accidentally subscribed to them, customer service was quite helpful. Although their product was not what I needed, I would recommend them highly. I give them 5 stars because they promptly canceled and refunded the subscription. That says volumes regarding ethics and business practice. Among other things, it says that PDF Master is committed to providing a helpful service at a fair price. What that says to me is that they are in the business of providing a service, not just cashing checks.

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent, so not use them. So far they have stolen £100 from me and I have had to cancel my banking cards, come off Apple Pay too.
They do not respond to email even if you contact their customer services

Despite contacting their customer services they don’t seem to see the replies and closed down the complaint. They have reopened the complaint however a different person responds each time which means they are not reading previous replies. Until resolved I am upholding my complaint.

Shameless fraudsters

These people actually tell me I have no subscription with them, because I am asking for my money back. Now they are asking for the first six digits AND the last four digits of the credit card they are using to charge my account. I wanted access for 99 cents for a week only. Now I see 49.99 for both February and March, which is double what their own price is on their own website. This is blatant fraud. This operation needs to be shut down.

Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that we do not have access to your personal or billing details, therefore, we cannot perform any actions on your behalf. And the reason why we ask you to provide the First six and last four digits of the card, is because it is one of the datasets that we can use to find your transactions within the payment system and help you with cancellation and refund. We usually request it when you contact us from an email that is not attached to your account. We understand your concern, but due to technical specialties and data protection laws, we can search for payment data only with such limited datasets.

It's a pity, that you decided not to share your email address or needed portion of the card number with us in order to solve the issue. Contacting us with clarification regarding specific payments and misunderstandings would be great.

Possible scam / Charged 99€ without authorization

This service is a possible scam, or at the very least unscrupulous service. I have used a service once (for 1.99€ for one week), and it turned out that the company charged me 49.99€ for a one-year subscription. When I asked for the reimbursement of that amount (which is a legal obligation when doing business in the European Union), they did not comply... and charged my credit card for ANOTHER 49.99€ 2 months later...
BEWARE of that company, don't enter your credit card info or they will try to do stealth transactions a few weeks later.

This is the most unprofessional company…

This is the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune to use, I signed up for their trial period but the APP was not suitable for my requirements so I cancelled within the 30 day grace period and received an email from them confirming my cancellation, however they still took the first months subscription from my account, I have sent several emails asking for a refund and an explanation but nobody from their so called customer service support has had the decency to reply. I would avoid this company at all costs!!

Be very careful

Be very careful. Subscription is sneaky on this site - read all emails carefully as I missed the once sentence at end of email talking about subscription. Customer service complaint reply was pretty much “tough luck”.
Very disappointed at the lack of clear consent for signing up to subscription and only caught it 2 months later. $140 for 1
PDF! Ouch!

We can't have a hold of your credentials to perform operations on your behalf. It is possible only for you, the customer, to perform purchases and initiate subscriptions. Moreover, the conditions of the subscription are specified on the Sales Screen and it is technically impossible to proceed with the purchase without viewing them and accepting them along with our Terms and Conditions.

How many people can they scam?!

I am careful about what I sign up to, free or not and know I have never ever signed up for this subscription yet found out this month that I'd been charged £49.99 by these scammers for the last THREE MONTHS! I can see their replies to other terrible reviews saying how clear they make their terms of subscription which I don't believe for a single second - who on earth would knowingly agree to pay £49.99 A MONTH to use any service let alone a service you can get for free from hundreds of other places?!? I tried to claim the money back via a fraud claim by my bank given the number of reviews hear saying the company just ignore emails. It hasn't worked yet so let's see if they bother to reply to my request for a refund, I'm not holding my breath reading the rest of these reviews.... Absolute scammers.

Thieves application

Scammer application, its working (1 star for that), but you have to subscribe it to use, and its expensive af. Additionally, if you cancel subscription it won't be cancelled (after 3 cancellations I've been still charged!) They are just Thieves...

Edit: I already spoke with the support before posting this score. After showing screens which were proving my cancellations before charge, support stopped responding... If you still don't know the email, then you have way too much similar cases, which is proving my statement
