The vets are always lovely, but I had a long wait for my dog to be seen this time. Five days I phoned up told him she was being sick and I’ve got diarrhoea. It was five days before I got an appointment not so long ago they would always say to you when you phoned up with a poorly pet bring her in anyway if you don’t mind waiting she’ll get seen that worked better for me five days too long with a dog that’s sticking up and having diarrhoea

Staff were kind and helpful even after I arrived 15 minutes late. Made sure to get my cat in for a scan the next day. They were lovely with him and reassuring with us

Very kind friendly vet ,I've never been to a vets before and it put our minds at rest .A very reasonable price.

My recent visit was very helpful and the staff were friendly and helpful as always. My concerns were listened to and addressed. I think my dog will have a better life because of the actions of your veterinary staff. Thank you for being there for people who need help.

This service is totally invaluable. The worst you can say is that they are so busy you always have at least one hour wait. Again totally worth it. Thank you so much to the PDSA and all they do to help pets like mine

I experienced the pdsa for the 1st time on Monday 11th May 2026. I am amazed by and appreciate the work I viewed there in Kirkdale. The vet was attentive and explained everything to me. The building was spotlessly clean and fresh. I have to wait a few days to see the results of my dogs treatment. Fingers crossed. Keep up the good work pdsa Kirkdale. Thank you so much.

Friendly staff and vet they were very helpful

The vets there are absolutely amazing cannot fault them on anything. The service is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone

The two receptionists were brilliant and so caring to me and all the clients that arrived while I was there. I took my cat in to be put down and they were very kind. PDSA you have some wonderful staff at Gillingham. Thank you.

They have always been extremely helpful and do genuinely care about animals. I am very lucky to be able to use the pdsa, I don't know what I would of done without there help

All the staff are great and do the best for my pets I have had there, they do they're very best and should get a medal from what they do because other vets are so expensive which is ridiculous but pdsa are fantastic 😀

The staff have unfailingly kind, friendly and compassionate attitudes, and unwavering patience, for both myself and my pet (both of us nervous wrecks!) God bless them, I'd be so lost without them.

The Bradford PDSA is very easy to find satanav takes you straight there. Plenty of parking spaces. Very clean inside and outside the staff are very polite and understanding.

I find the staff and vets at the practice to be friendly and professional. I do pay for my pet’s treatment, it is manageable compared to fees paid in private practice. Both my pets are rescue animals and are greatly important to my wellbeing. The PDSA makes it possible for those of us on a limited income to benefit from their companionship.

My pets are always safe in their hands, great service, great staff, great place if you're on low income. I would recommend them! Thank you Bow E3 PDSA. Xx

Lovely clean place, reception staff are lovely too

The Coventry practice was very helpful and considerate and got my dog in the practice very quickly and she was treated promptly and very accurately, I was relieved to know my girl would get better soon
