Made a purchase of a fascinator on coast website. Said it was returnable within 28 days at the basket. Small print which I didn’t see further down said it was not returnable. This is not acceptable to buy something like this without having the option to try it on. Was totally refused a refund even though label was still attached. Do not buy from this website.

I returned an item to Peach Accessories via the correct channels, yet they have kept both the goods and my money. Despite contacting Debenhams Customer Services, I’ve received no resolution. I may have quoted an incorrect delivery receipt initially, but that does not excuse the lack of accountability.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from Peach Accessories again, and I’ll think twice before using the Debenhams website in future. I’ve reported the issue to the Ombudsman and feel this situation amounts to fraud.
