Purchased a Epiphone L-00 Standard from Peach Guitars it was delivered the next day and sounds and feels great surprisingly better than my expensive Gibson LG-2. Customer service was also excellent 5 stars.

Great website, the option to choose the preferred guitar or a model and see the weight is really nice feature. The guitar I bought is great, I like that Peach Guitar checks over the guitars before dispatch. Also really happy with the courier pin system meaning nothing gets left on the doorstep! I bought a beautiful guitar from Peach Guitars. their customer service is amazing. My emails were dealt with quickly and effectively. My guitar was set up to my specifications and the guitar arrived just exactly how I wanted it. One of the awesome things about Peach guitar is that they show you pictures of each guitar model they have and then you select the one you like. I haven't seen that in any other guitar shop. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that Toby and team at Peach gave me. I purchased a guitar that was pretty high in demand. Toby kept me up to date throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly. The guitar arrived in great condition... from overseas! I would buy from them again!

I went to Peach to buy my forever acoustic guitar. I called ahead to have a Gibson J-45 (one of very few in the south east at the time, which shows the depth of their stock) set up for me, and, when I arrived, was very well looked after by Alan. As well as the J-45, I tried a number of other brands, and settled on a - quite magnificent - Taylor 514 ce Builders Edition, at an extremely competitive price. I wasn't pressured in any way to complete the purchase, and, after I had settled on the Taylor, Alan gave me a hugely entertaining tour of the store and warehouse.

The shop isn't in the most central of locations, but it's got great stock, and staff members who clearly love guitars. The buying process is much less harried than at competitors stores in Surrey where I live. I would definitely make the journey to buy from Peach again.

I ordered a bass from Peach guitars this week. I have placed dozens of online orders for musical equipment over the last couple of decades or so. Peach stand out for two very important reasons. Firstly, they list the actual weight of the instrument that you order. Having played for 40 years, mostly low slung post punk bass, my shoulder is not as strong as it used to be. Other retailers could learn from this simple addition to the listings.

Secondly, I have lost count of the retailers that say all instruments are sent out fully setup when they clearly haven’t been touched. The setup from Peach was absolutely perfect.

I would honestly say that if I ordered an instrument online again, Peach would be my default search for that product.

Just received another guitar from Peach, new strings and set up perfectly. This isn’t the first guitar I’ve had from this lot and they are always spot on with price, customer service and quality. If you are looking for a guitar they are well wort a look 10/10

Great seller would happily use again. Bass guitar was dispatched very quickly and arrived well set up out of the box. I could see that there had been some filing done on the nut so these guys clearly care about how they send their instruments out.

This is the best guitar shop I have visited, they have a massive range of guitars on display. I booked a visit for me and my dad, had a fantastic experience. I wanted to try out a couple of Yamaha guitars and got a private room and was told to take as long as I needed, got offered cups of tea. I decided I would buy a Yamaha, but wanted a different colour to what they had in stock. Peach ordered the guitar in the colour I wanted, did a free setup and also delivered it to my me when it arrived. The service is excellent. Recommended.

My wife treated me to a 57 NOS Custom Shop Fiesta Red Fender Stratocaster and Fender Tone Master Princeton Reverb for my 70th birthday and our Wedding anniversary in January this year. Served by George who was very helpful and professional in helping me with my purchase. Excellent service. I bought an Epiphone SG for £345 which is at the lower end of the scale but Peach treated it like a high-end guitar. It arrived in tune, perfectly set up with a set of D'addario 10's. My first time using Peach but I would defintely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased my second guitar from these folks and again, had a 5 star experience. Jeff was my main point of contact and made the whole experience of purchasing from abroad a breeze. Communication was A class and when the guitar arrived, it was absolutely perfect.

The best part was this was a now out of production guitar on back order and when Jeff heard what I was searching for, he helped set everything up, prioritise my order and desire for the guitar (a suhr mateus asato pink) and got it sorted in no time

Excellent experience when buying a guitar recently, I was shown to a room where i could play the guitars i wanted to choose from, no hard sell, just a good relaxed environment to make my choice. Upselling of the Blackstar mini was very smart, and to be fair, pushing on an open door. highly recommended, and excellent shop with great staff. George was exceptional.

Arranged to view an amplifier on Monday, agreed with the shop on Friday. On night before they sold the same amp through their website and only told me an hour before the scheduled viewing. Apparently this is their “usual way of doing business,” booking a viewing means nothing. Wasted time preparing, if you arrange to view a specific item here, be aware it guarantees nothing

Undoubtably the best Guitar Store in the UK. The Staff(Toby, Glen and Oliver) are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and focused on providing the very best advice and service. Their attention to detail ensuring every guitar leaves their possession in first rate condition is simply second to none. I have purchased three guitars from Peaches and found both their instruments and their communication to be superb. Every guitar has been set up perfectly and the delivery has always been exceptional. What is most impressive is the care and attention provided by all the staff making any dealings with Peaches a real pleasure. No other musical outlet can come close to this company and its staff consequently I have always returned and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended.

My experience with peach has been excellent. I bought a gibson LP CS with a beautiful handpicked top, all the way from Norway.
It was very well packed and the guitar arrived without any damage.

Stumbled across a used Ibanez bass guitar advertised on their website. Almost £500 less than a brand new bass. I took a chance and ordered it. Excellent communication and delivery. The guitar arrived and was absolutely mint. Could hardly believe it wasn't brand new. Thank you Peach guitars, you have made me very happy!!
