Exceptional customer service.
I had a slide strap which is at least 4 years old and it developed a fault. I never actually registered the product so I was worried that this would invalidate the warranty. Well, I needn’t have worried.
I emailed them and got a response very promptly from a chap called David.
He asked me to register the strap and then fill in the warranty form.
I now have a new strap on its way to me.
The communication has been perfect and I feel very much like a valued customer.
Customer service like this is rare so I wanted to write this review to share my positive experience with this company.
Great products backed up by fantastic customer service is an unbeatable combo.

Peak design is such a good company from their products to service to communication. The way I sell their products to my friends and colleagues I may as well work for them! I have their amazing every day bag, tripod, clip and mobile stand and phone case. So good!

I have been a loyal Peak Design customer for many years. When one of my bags had a dislodged magnet after four years of use, the company immediately sent me a completely new bag. I will continue to buy their wonderful items.

I’ve been a fan of Peak Design for years — my camera strap from them still looks brand new despite heavy use. I recently had a warranty claim approved for my Everyday Case. I absolutely love the design of this case; the fabric texture feels like a premium suitcase and always gives me that nice vacation vibe.

Unfortunately, due to unexpected global shipping restrictions to my region, the fulfillment center was physically unable to dispatch the replacement.

Instead of just leaving me hanging or hiding behind generic corporate apologies, they went completely out of their way to find a real, practical solution. A huge shoutout to Marion from their support team, who escalated my case and arranged a direct PayPal reimbursement for the original purchase price I had paid at a local retailer.

They bypassed rigid system constraints to treat me like a human being. It is incredibly rare to see this level of empathy, flexibility, and dedication to doing the right thing for a customer. You make great gear, but your support team is the real reason you have a loyal customer for life!

I really love my Peak Design Everyday Backpack 30L. Best bag I've ever owned. Also, the customer service is super friendly and helpful when it comes to any warranty questions.

I received a backpack with major defects. PD sent me a return label and i returned the backpack and was received by them last Thursday. Since then they are hiding and not answering my emails. It seems they do not want to refund me the value. Very bad experience.

I've been using Peak Design's Packable Tote for years, and it has become my go-to reusable shopping bag. It's one of those products that quietly proves its value every single time I use it.

The handles are incredibly comfortable to hold, even when the bag is heavily loaded, and the tote fits far more than you'd expect from something that packs down so small. Awesome products that have been designed better than other products. Tiny details you won't notice, but make you use it again.
For example, a bottom plate fixed with a hexagonal key, that actually sticks to the camera.

I'm very impressed with the warranty policy from Peak Design. I have a 8 year old sling bag with a broken zipper. Peak Design gave me a brand new bag. Peak Design doesn't only promise life time warranty, they actually give life-time warranty!! Contact with Marion from customer service was very pleasant.

I requested a cancellation immediately after placing my order, as I wanted to proceed with a different product. Despite my prompt cancellation request, Peak Design processed and dispatched the order anyway. The item was delivered to me against my wishes. To make matters worse, I am now expected to cover the return shipping costs and associated fees, costs I should not have to bear given that I cancelled before the order was even processed. On top of this, the refund timeline is unreasonably long, causing further inconvenience. Customer service acknowledged my cancellation request but failed to act on it in time, leaving me out of pocket. I would not recommend Peak Design to anyone who values responsive and accountable customer service.

No fuss lifetime warranty of wonderful products at this day and age? I wonder how many other companies will match the services. I've became loyal fans now. Thank you peakdesign!

I've been using Peak Design for a very long time. I own 2 bags, 2 phone cases, their bike mount, tripod, and more. Overall the quality of their products is incredible. However, I've noticed in recent years that they're starting to neglect honoring their lifetime warranty. My most recent disappointing experience came this week, when the stitching on my tripod handle came loose, causing my tripod to fall onto the road and get run over by a car. Their customer service team insists that this is "accidental damage" and therefore not covered by warranty. Very disappointing.
