No package, nothing!

According to the track and trace the package is deliverd on 29 may but that is not true.
Its said it deliverd in my mailbox but that is not possible, because the package contains a drinkbottle and that don’t fit in a mailbox!
I want to know what happend to my package.

Package stolen by the courier!

I was supposed to get my package on 29th of may. I look in the app and i see it was delivered at 12:51 pm. Which isnt true! Someone ringed the bell but they just immediately went away. Ive tried contacting peddler for help but they’ve responded once and are very slow with it. It hurts to see 30 euro down the drain cause of this company!!!

Mixed feelings about peddler

I have mixed feelings about Peddler. They’ve delivered my packages a few times, and maybe 20% of the time it goes smoothly. But most of the time, it doesn’t.

I’ll get an email saying, “Your package will be delivered today between 9 AM and 9 PM,” and then around 10 AM I’ll get another one saying, “We couldn’t deliver your parcel and have scheduled a new delivery.”

That kind of thing can happen once, sure..but three days in a row for the same delivery? And it’s not just this time. The same thing has happened with previous orders too. It’s just not very reliable.

The delivery drivers themselves are fine.. some say hi, some don’t. I’m not too bothered by that. I just want my package delivered on time.

Feels Like Theft, No Support, No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with Peddler Express. On the 28th of May, they claimed to have delivered my parcel at 9:56 AM. This is a complete lie. I was home the entire day, and NOTHING was delivered. No knock, no ring, no package, no note.

I’ve contacted them multiple times, no one answers, no one helps. It honestly feels like the courier just stole the package and marked it as delivered to cover it up. And the worst part? There’s ZERO accountability.

How can companies keep using a service like this? I paid for my items and received absolutely nothing in return. This is beyond frustrating, it’s unacceptable.

Avoid this delivery service at all costs. You might lose your package, your money, and your peace of mind.

THE WORST

I have never hated a company this much.. truly the worst of the worst. My mood instantly drops when I see that you are the ones delivering my package.

I was home all day. The courier didn't ring the bell once, and yet I received an email saying my package was delivered and signed by someone else?!
What kind of company allows this?

If DHL and PostNL are bad, you somehow managed to go several levels below them.

And to make things worse.. you don’t even have a service point where I can pick up my package?
If you try to deliver in the morning and the person isn’t home, why not try again at a different time the next day? People work and go to school. This is basic.

Goede bedrijf met een verbeterpunt / Good company with a point of improvement

Peddler is een goede bedrijf maar er zijn een aantal verbeterpunten.
De eerste verbeterpunt is dat er Peddler punten moeten zijn waar de pakketjes naartoe kunnen worden gebracht als het niet thuis wordt bezorgd.
De tweede verbeterpunt is dat er een realistische tijdvak voor bezorging moet worden getoond omdat mensen door de lange tijdvak van Peddler onnodig lang thuis moeten zitten en de derde en laatste verbeterpunt is dat bezorgers eerst bij de mensen moeten aanbellen om te controleren of ze daadwerkelijk thuis zijn voordat ze vertrekken.

Peddler is a good company except there are some point of improvement.
The first point of improvement is that there must be Peddler point where the packages can be brought to in case the
The second point of improvement is that there must be a more realistic time slot shown because people need to stay home uneccessary long due to the present long timeslot.
The third and last point of improvement is that the deliverers need to ring the doorbells of people to check if they're actually at home before leaving.

Only bad experience

This is my second bead experience with peddler. First time the package got delivered 2 weeks later than expected. This time the wrong package got delivered and my package is still missing. What a terrible service!!!

Wasting time and Energy!

I had one delivery from this company last year it was on time and well handled.
Fast forward to now: it’s the worst experience ever!

PS: Before placing an order with any business, ask which delivery company they use.
If it’s Peddler just forget about it.

One star is too much. Super unreliable, no proper response so far, no pickup or drop-off location, and they ask for a different address… Like, seriously? Where am I supposed to get my parcel — unless it’s my home or a convenient store like normal logistics companies offer?

Update - After back and forth communications and reaching out to peddler team I was able to retrieve my package.

Absolutely unacceptable experience

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Peddler / Cainiao Hub Den Haag. They attempted to deliver my parcel three times but only notified me minutes before each attempt, giving me no chance to be home or reschedule. After these failed attempts, they returned the parcel without my consent.

This is not a delivery service — it’s a system designed to fail. The tracking was vague, support was unhelpful, and now I’m left chasing a refund through AliExpress.

I’ve now seen many other complaints describing the exact same experience. If you're ordering through AliExpress and see "Cainiao" or "Peddler" in your tracking info — be warned.

This service should not be used for consumer deliveries. Completely unreliable, disorganized, and indifferent to customer needs.

Avoid if possible

Way too many 'not at home' or 'could not find adres' notifications and the helpdesk doesnt respond to complaints but just hand out a T&T which you already have.

I keep getting a "wrong address"…

I keep getting a "wrong address" notification on my track&trace after two failed attempts to deliver my package, but the address is 100% correct. Tried to contact them through their chat support but so far never have been contacted back. I have never experienced such a mess with any other courier then Peddler

Update: I had contact with the helpdesk and they suggested to have it delivered to my neighbours. Which is kinda funny, because if they can't find my address then neither will they be able to find my neighbours house.... This company is a complete mess. I informed the sender of the package about Peddler's business and that the shipment is coming back due to Peddler it's incompetence. There is no way you can file a official complaint with at company either, which says a lot about them.

This "company" has to go!

Final update: After i contacted the founder of Peddler(James Klymowsk) via LinkedIn and showed him how bizar this delivery went, within a hour my package was delivered. Suddenly my address was correct and they could find it. Pure magic, right?

Avoid Peddler at all cost, until they hire some good people that can live up to Peddler it's ambitions. Currently they are performing "poor" as you can see by the ratings here. The only way to get things settled is by contacting it's owner.

Peddler couriers is a BIG SCAM!

Peddler couriers is a BIG SCAM!! Today I received email that my package was delivered, but I was home and nobody came. This has been the 4th shipment by Peddler and not a single package has been delivered!!! My suppliers have not received any returned packages so they must have disappeared while in delivery with Peddler.

Worst delivery company to date.

Worst delivery company to date.
Shipment shows delivered I am home nobody ringed nothing here. Talked with support via email they can’t find the parcel, great. Best thing is I have another pending delivery with them and I am just stressed that it won’t arrive like this time.

Unpredictable and inconsiderate delivery service.

I never choose Peddler if I am given an option... Sadly there are many times when I am not.

They always sends an email only a few minutes before they attempt delivery, and their delivery times are anywhere from 9 in the morning until 9 at night. This means that if you're unlucky, you'll be waiting around for your package all day.

I have also experienced times where I waited all day, only for them to not show up at all. They then updated the tracking the following morning like nothing happened, so I cancelled all of my plans for - quite literally - nothing.

I'm sick of this "delivery" company

I'm sick of this "delivery" company. It's impossible to get a package from them. Twice a got message 5 minut before delivery that they attempt to deliver my package. Planty of neughboura around me (100!) and "accidently" no one was at home at this time. Whole niegbourhood disappeard. Service is so poor. They don't care at all. I asked them and gave permission to leave the package under the door, but I didn't even recieve any response.

Unfortunately if you want to order…

Unfortunately if you want to order something from aliexpress the package is going to be [if you are lucky] delivered by them. Two orders already and their service was the same. They never call you, and they just try to deliver it without prior notice. The first 2-3 days they will fail to deliver it and only after a week you might get your package. Now with my second delivery, they can't find the address(which is the exact same as my previous order) and the problem? There's no number to call them, they never answer to emails and there is no warehouse to pick up your package.
Update: It's 4 days since the last time the tracking number was updated...I'm sending emails everyday, still no clue to where my order is

They attempted to deliver the parcel in…

They attempted to deliver the parcel in the middle of the day, people normally work at that times and unfortunately they don’t have a drop point,my neighbor is always home and according to them “no neighbors available”, one of the attempts I was home.
I contacted the support team and they just sent a message to sorry for the inconvenience. My order was returned to the sender ( china ), it’s really frustrating to deal with this kind of companies, I hope Aliexpress start to work with another courier.

Lost package

I was not home when my package was said to be delivered. At their website, peddler express promises to deliver at any of my neighbours when i am not at home myself. In stead i got a message saying it was delivered 'inside'. My package was nowhere to be found in the common area of my apartmentbuilding. So now it is lost. I send peddler express an email about this, but they do not respond.
