Delays as expected with new brexit…
Delays as expected with new brexit negotiations and had to set up EORI - customer service walked me through and were a great point of contact throughout my order of circa 2.5k worth of lights for an install. Very helpful, made the situation less stressful with constant updates

Power adapter/dimmer replacement
I had a problem with a light for the third time. After the first email the team reacted immediately, and helped to have the defect parts replaced in a short time. Spar part has been delivered at home without any trouble.
I recommend dmlights, and thank them very much for their help and professionalism.

Misleading delivery charges
Misleading delivery charges. Website states "Free delivery to United Kingdom from GB £100.00", however for my order (£219) I was charged another £48.31 by UPS for import fees (which i paid), then subsequently another £4.36. I found out about this second charge via a paper UPS invoice which threatened interest and late payment fees if I didn't pay within 7 days of the invoice (3 days after receiving the letter). Finally there's no clear way to sort this out online (seemingly a UPS issue), so I now have to call UPS. Very frustrating.
Conscious that Brexit has caused import taxes, but the DMLights website should be a lot clearer that UK delivery isn't free.

Thanks for your response Steven. I did see that, however given it was a dmlights.co.uk which I used (a UK domain name), I believed it shipped from the UK.
Your website does mention your address (further down), therefore adding a star to the review. However, it's not been (and still continues not to be) a smooth delivery process.

Very nice lamps and quick delivery to Sweden to a reasonable cost.
Order missed - aftersales did a grat job
The ordered goods were delivered in two packages. Unfortunately, some of the goods disappeared during the delivery and therefore we lost almost a month. However, Mr. Van Den Bergh (aftersales) took care of it very intensively and therefore I am giving it another 4 stars
