Best ever after sales service!
Overall very happy with products although one was defective, The after sale support did everything necessary to support and replace the item: free replacement and shipping, no request to send back the defective item, free re-direction to France although the initial purchase and delivery was Belgium, instant reply to mail with backup between colleagues when one was out of office…outstanding!

Quick and efficient transaction only let down by Chronopost who failed to deliver it to the house. I would recommend that DMlights uses another carrier in France.

I'm scoring 5 because I received my item within 5 working days as they said, I would (ordered Monday received Friday)!
In addition I received a prompt early reply to my email enquiry as well as answering my phone call that very good
I think they need to improve their website as in the section "order status" they have a generic response posted, covering all cases, which was irrelevant to my case all the way and concerning.
There was a UK conversion plug inside the main box that was a pleasant surprise.

- I could have received the order a day earlier but for UPS rescheduling.
- I think if your order is over £135 you may not get it in five days due ti custom roles due to Brexit - but that's what I anticipate

I ordered some lamps to Amsterdam. I didn't realize they were in Belgium but it didn't matter because the shipment was very fast, the website it's clear on the status of your order and customer service very friendly. I will definitely order again.

Terrible service!!
Ordered 35x ceiling lamps on 11/12/2021 and was told it will take 2 weeks max to deliver them! Today, 1.5 month later, i still waiting and just keep getting empty promises if anyone has time to reply to my email. Smells like a scam!

We ordered the Tommy Floor lamp, having spent ages on many websites looking for a lamp. So glad we chose dmlights, cannot fault their service and help
The lamp arrived very safely and securely packed - so delighted with the floor lamp. It looks amazing and is such a focal point in our lounge

Though the light I bought from Wever & Ducré is not so ergonomic in terms of the simplicity of bulb insertion. But this is not a question to the seller.

Super! I received the lamp almost the day after! Unfortunately the screw to lift it up and down was a bit ruined.
I just hat to check the lamp since in a side of the box there was a hole due to the shipment but the lamp was not damaged.
The rest was great.
