Recently, due to a miscalculation on my part, I had to return a batch of items, and they were incredibly friendly and responsive. My case received the necessary attention from a human, and their return policy is very clear and visible. My only suggestion would be to integrate the return form into the website itself, would make it even smoother!

We ordered on line 3 Ascoli Twin light fixtures. They arrived in Israel in less than a week. They are very elegant high quality and provide excellent lighting. We are extremely happy with our choice and with the entire processing from the friendly response to our order through the shipment. We will certainly look into what dmlights has to offer the next time we look for light fixtures

This is not a uk based company, even tho there many websites claim to be .co.uk its not, they are based in Europe and stock is sent from abroad to you.
Unfortunately the items I ordered were not suitable for the purpose I intended them for.
I did call there helpline and i was advised that they would work for the bathroom but unfortunately i cant use them for the bathroom as they need to be IP65 water resistant. They will not pass regulations in the uk and will not be safe plus my insurance will be void.
I emailed customer services to return the items back and explained I dont feel its fair for me to pay postage to return them.
If this purchase was solely my mistake id gladly pay postage but i did call to check if it was the correct item.
The response i got didn’t mention anything about giving me an option for free postage.
It was a very disappointing response instructing me to use a courier not a postal.
I will never use again, a waste of time and money.

I have placed 3 separate orders to be shipped to Istanbul/Turkey. My first order were already in stock. Even during Christmas, they shipped the products the day after I placed the order and received them in totally 7 calendar days at my house.

The support I received was extremely immediate and helpful (The Gentleman I should thank here is Mr.Ward Vervloessem). He replied all my questions within 2-3 hours max, was very friendly and supportive.

Now waiting to receive my other 2 orders to arrive. Thanks a lot, my experience with you was perfect.
