The weather changed for a shoot that was outdoors. So was recommended to try Peerspace. I was able to book within minutes something that was very close to the hotel. I was staying at. It was convenient and I was able to execute the photo job in a time slot that I needed.

Terrible interface, poor service
Terrible interface. Booking a studio is an absolute nightmare. It seems that hosts cannot accept shoot proposals, meaning that credit card payments are made but left oending so if you cancel the shoot proposal there is the danger that the payment will still go through. Beware, Peerspace is not registered with the FCA so credit card transactions might not be safe and this company could be trading illegally in the UK. Avoid!

Although Peerspace is not required be FCA-registered because it is not a financial services provider, we take security very seriously, and require all transactions to be processed through our secure payment processor partner, Stripe.
To clarify, when a guest submits a booking request, an authorization hold is placed on their card to ensure the funds are available. If the host accepts the booking, the card is charged. If the host doesn’t accept, the authorization hold is released. If there are issues with the hold, the request won’t be sent to the host, and no payment will be processed.

Amazing Customer Service from Peerspace!
The UI design has seen significant improvements lately. Recently, I encountered a small hiccup with an overtime charge that couldn’t be resolved immediately. However, the customer service team was incredibly swift and accommodating and resolved the issue promptly. I'm pleasantly surprised by the service and care they've shown, and I highly recommend this platform as a go-to resource to book spaces for your production. They’ve been fantastic and are continuously improving!

Peerspace is very easy to use, it made finding a studio for my photoshoot straight forward and actually fun as they have such exciting listings and you can share boards with friends for a second opinion. You’re also able to easily communicate with the person renting out the location so I could ask any questions ahead of time. Overall super fun experience and I’ll always check Peerspace when hosting or shooting
