Was für eine unglaubliche Erfahrung. ON Schuhe bestellt, bezahlt und dann vom Schweizer Zoll erfahren, dass die Ware als Fälschung beanstandet wurde und vernichtet bzw. geschreddert werden musste. Genau so stellt man sich eine Bestellung vor… natürlich mit extra Frust gratis dazu. 🙃
Besonders interessant: Pekiclub tritt mit Schweizer Sitz auf, die Ware kommt aber offenbar aus dem Ausland. Transparenz sieht für mich definitiv anders aus.
Und der Kundenservice? Nicht vorhanden. Auf meine E-Mails wird einfach nicht geantwortet. Warum auch? Der Kunde hat ja bereits bezahlt. 🤷♀️
Am Ende steht man da: Geld weg, keine Ware und keinerlei vernünftige Kommunikation. Besser kann man Kunden wohl kaum davon überzeugen, nie wieder zu bestellen.
Pekiclub, herzlichen Glückwunsch: Meine erste Bestellung war gleichzeitig meine letzte.
Wer Lust auf Ärger, verlorenes Geld und Funkstille hat, ist hier offenbar genau richtig. Allen anderen kann ich nur sagen: Finger weg!
