Order was stated to have been delivered, but was not in mailbox. Got a rapid response to my first email, in regards to the situation, with next step recommendations. Excellent correspondence over several emails, until the package arrived.

Quick response to a problem where I ordered the wrong size cases. The erroneous order was canceled and my cc was credited quickly so I could re order the correct size.

I am grateful for the replacement case - it was just a challenge with delivery as my mother's name ended up being on the package since the order was originally a gift from her.

I sent in a question about their cases and received a very thorough reply that certainly answered my question.

My case was broken before the year warranty and it was so easy to get a new one shipped out to me and replaced for free! Katrina and Isabelle took care of all my worries and were so kind and lovely.
