After researching and reading reviews
After researching and reading reviews, I purchased this Pelogon adjustable toilet safety rail for my 99 year old mother. We needed to replace a free-standing safety frame as we were concerned that she would get her foot or walker caught in it and fall. This Pelogon product was easy to put together and attach to the toilet. It fits well on her standard oval, elongated toilet bowl and is very stable. To test it, I put my weight on each side and pushed down and it does not raise up. She feels safer. I do not think the L-shaped hooks that provide stability would have fit well on an older round toilet bowl in another bathroom. I do wish the arms extended another inch or two so she didn't have to reach back so far to grab them when sitting down.

I’ve been waiting for a callback or a response from a message I left on the toll free number and also an email for several days about some questions and concerns before I buy a product. It bothers me that live chat has nothing but a robot and the toll free number has nothing but a message to leave a message.
