Hatsan " still waiting"
Put a deposit on a Hatsan gun August 2025, order kept being cancelled and date pushed forward, but every time new date arrived my order was cancelled, so after over 6 months wait I cancelled my order, but I did get a refund within a few days. Never did get the Hatsan from anywhere. Everything else Iv had has been good 👍.

Iv bort 3 air rifles and 2 pistols so far the company and service are really good i carnt stop buy rifles and pistol 🤣 i think i have an addiction my partner doesn't like the shop 🤣 but I fxxking love it the delivery team are great to. always happy and have a qwike chat but not only that you can message them in the morning and ask them to message you 20 mins before thay deliver so can leave work to meet them 👍 bloody fantastic if you want an air rifle or pistol this is defo the place thanks guys 👌

I purchased an Artemis P15 about 6…
I purchased an Artemis P15 about 6 weeks ago and whilst the first gun was defective, the customer service team jumped into action and it was replaced no quibble, with Joe proving very helpful. I cannot knock the service at all and the P15 is proving accurate and fun to shoot.

Good service, good communication and excellent delivery service
I have bought many new air rifles and accessories over the past few years and I have always had an excellent service from them from ordering to the delivery of items. Good communication from them, including from one of the managers who likes to keep tabs on his team and interacts with customers when he can. Lastest purchases included an AP900 and Notos. Both superb and I managed to get a brilliant deal on both so I am very pleased.
