I’ve ordered on multiple occasions from this company to get my pellets which are outstanding and very good quality and the cheapest place I get a great deal every time really happy with the prompt delivery and service too this is my go to for my ammunition for my air rifles keep up the good work Pellpax and thanks again

Bought the Umarex Colt M4 177 pellet…

Bought the Umarex Colt M4 177 pellet rifle late March,arrived a few days later bang in the middle of the delivery slot.I was kept informed all the way through the process, the rifle arrived nicely packed with good packaging and the handover was as it was described. The rifle itself is very well made and durable with good quality strong plastic moulding, the detail is excellent! I should know as I carried the real thing as my personal weapon in Afghan. When adjusting the front sight the teeth on the plastic adjusting tool gave way,I contacted Pellpax and received a replacement gratis in less than a week,well done Pellpax! Gave the barrel a good pull through about a dozen times to remove excess oil and grease,and started putting pellets through it and have put around 300 so far and it's settling down now and groups are getting smaller shooting JSB Diabolos,it seems to like them.I've fitted my old ACOG sight on it and it's good, less than half inch at thirty yards and the grouping is still shrinking. As far as I'm concerned it's a great little rifle that's too good for just targets and tins and when fully settled will be used for vermin control as well.

Very happy with purchase.

I purchased several items from Pellpax over the years and found their prices very competitive. I had a few minor issues with a rifle/delivery. However, this was quickly resolved by Eve. I am very happy with the new rifle and help received. Excellent customer service. Thanks Eve.

Having reviewed the call, we found that both parties were speaking over one another at times, but our advisor remained polite and answered the questions raised. The main issue related to a £50 payment made towards a magazine order. As explained during the call, this payment was a deposit of £9.99 per magazine rather than full payment. The magazines are priced at £20.99 each, and the remaining balance is only taken once the items are in stock and ready to be dispatched, which is the same process that was followed with your rifle purchase.

We appreciate all customer feedback and are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.

Find another rifle supplier unless you want products that break with little use and terrible customer services

Purchased a rifle from them which broke after 3 uses; finally got a replacement and within 3 uses that broke - then had to fight to get get a refund. How a company thinks its acceptable to bounce the customer between different "customer service" people with no consistency or ability/ desire to review the history is beyond me; thinking that I would not take my kids to school so I could sit and wait in, just in case their delivery driver appeared within a 2 hour window (who of course could not wait 5 minutes) or miss a full days work to wait in for their driver = the company as a whole has no concept of providing a service to the customers. As for Eve and her snotty comments - definitely needs some retraining in basic communication.

How they are still in business is beyond me, I certainly wouldn't recommend them in the quality of their products and definitely not their customer services.

They need to appreciate they have their rules and internal processes - that does not mean the customers have to follow them. Holding up refunds as it suits them (Eve) is simply not on

We fully understand your frustration regarding the faults you experienced with the rifle and the inconvenience caused throughout the return process. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible, and we regret that on this occasion you felt let down by both the communication and overall service.

To clarify a few points, the rifle was collected from you on the 17th, however the vehicle carrying the return did not arrive back with us until late on the 21st. Your refund was then processed on the 26th, which was within three working days of the item being returned to us.

In regard to the collections and deliveries, we appreciate the inconvenience caused. Due to existing delivery routes and the fact you are located 242 miles from us, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate a weekend delivery during the first two weeks requested. However, we did arrange this on the third available opportunity, which was the earliest we could accommodate. We also offered a Parcelforce collection alternative to try and provide additional flexibility.

We are sorry that our communication did not meet your expectations and will take your comments on board internally. Customer feedback is important to us, and we are always looking at ways to improve both our processes and service.

We wish you all the best moving forward.

Great service

I ordered the Gamo pest control kit. I have bought from this company before so know that the items and service is very good. I paid the £15 to have the rifle scope assembled and zeroed and it was worth the money. I actually hit the bullseye which for me is nothing short of a miracle.

Recently purchased an air pistol and…

Recently purchased an air pistol and unfortunately it developed a fault almost immediately. I emailed Pellpax and they rang me straight back. I sent them a video of the problem and they sent out a new pistol and picked up the faulty one within a week. I gave them a 5 star review because they dealt with the issue so well. These things happen sometimes.

Swiss arms P-92 Love it!

Excellent! bought the P-92 mainly for a display piece. I will be putting some custom grips on it at some point, but as it is, it’s a superb bit of kit straight out of the box. I will definitely be purchasing this model again and highly recommend anyone to get it in their collection. Also, the delivery was spot on schedule; 10 out of 10 service from start to finish.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered some OYS pellets from their website. Order taken no indication pellets not in stock. After several days I contacted Pellax by phone to find out when I could expect them. I was told they were some delays but they were being packed and would be sent soon. Following week still not heard anything so chased again by email and now told they did not have any in stock and non until September! Why on earth would someone tell you they were on there way when clearly not the truth. How can you run a business offering stock when you clearly cannot fulfil the order. Wasted my time when the pellets are needed for competition the offer of alternatives of no use
