We would like to clarify the timeline and communication regarding your order.

Your item was collected on 2nd March and a refund was processed on 16th March. We also replied to your email within approximately 5 days, however this was slightly delayed due to an unusually high influx of customer enquiries during that period, which did temporarily impact response times.

We are very sorry for any frustration this caused. We fully appreciate that timely communication is important, and we understand your disappointment where this was not as quick as expected.

We do want to reassure you that this level of delay is not typical of our service. We have since taken steps to improve response times, including bringing in additional staff to help manage both phone and email enquiries more efficiently. We are now fully up to date and operating with significantly improved response times.

We are sorry that your experience has led you to feel ignored, as this is not the service standard we aim to provide. If there is anything further we can assist you with, we would be happy to help.

I have brought 3 items from them and the service is first rate on time friendly I had a warranty issue with one of my guns after a short phone call the same week they sent a replacement item and didn't charge for the delivery or and excuse or argument they are an honest and reliable company and I would always give them my business

Very happy with my first order from Pellpax

I ordered a few items recently, Crosman SBR, Walther PPQ Q4, Umarex XBG and a Umarex Marlin, plus some co2 and accessories.
The prices were good, especially the sale price on the SBR.
I got a message Wednesday evening giving me my estimated delivery time for the coming Sunday, and on Sunday the live tracking map worked great and the order arrived at the earlier part of the delivery window.
Overall I'm very happy with my first order from Pellpax.

I purchased the Gamo Whisper Sting .177…

I purchased the Gamo Whisper Sting .177 package, and was pleasantly impressed by the accuracy of the fibre optics sights, the package consisted of the rifle, Pellpax bag and the 3-9 x40 scope, which after scoping in free standing was extremely accurate holding the bull with a nice tight pattern at the 25 & 50 yard range…
Excellent customer care by Pellpax and their agent Wayne,, well done!!!..

Hit and miss

Purchased an air rifle and everything went perfectly. Decent communication and delivered when expected.

Later, purchased 3 tins of pellets, and experience has been much worse.

Ordered on Sunday, so expected dispatch on Monday. Order was dispatched on Tuesday, with an email to say a tracking number would follow. It didn't so I had to call them the next day (Wednesday) for a tracking number.

At that point I was told my order had been dispatched with a product missing because it was out of stock. If I hadn't called I wouldn't have known until the order arrived.

The order arrived a couple of days later (Friday) including a note about the missing item, explaining that it would follow when back in stock.

Almost a week later (Thursday morning) I emailed to ask if there was any update on the missing product. As of Friday afternoon I haven't heard anything.

I know that none of this is "the end of the world", but I think it's fair to expect much better communication from an e-commerce business these days 🤷‍♂️

We are currently experiencing some technical issues with Royal Mail, specifically with tracking details not always being automatically sent when orders are dispatched. We are actively working on a fix to ensure customers receive tracking information promptly going forward.

We were also attending a show recently, which unfortunately put us behind on emails. We are working through the backlog as quickly as possible and are committed to improving our response times.

You are absolutely right to expect better communication, especially regarding the missing item. We should have made this clearer at the point of dispatch, and we recognise that both the communication and overall handling of this could have been better.

We really appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to improve and ensure we provide the level of service our customers expect and deserve. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

They issued me with faulty equipment…

They issued me with faulty equipment and they lie, told me i was abusive to there driver, yet we have photos of each other, smiling as i returned a package, never ever trust this bunch of cowboys, they lie and do not know that we have mobile phone that can take several pictures, Liars and thief's, do not trust this company..

Poor after-sales on new Beretta - Updated

I recently bought a Umarex Beretta M92a1 from Pellpax. Having got it home I had trouble getting a CO2 cartridge to seat in the magazine so took it back to the shop. After much effort, both with my magazine and a spare in the shop, Pellpax managed to get a Cartridge to work, telling me that all magazines of this type have the same problem. I still can't get the magazine to work.
So two stars for the sales experience and none for After-Sales support. Pellpax sold me gun that they knew had a problem.

Update: At Pellpax's invitation I went back to the shop and they were as good as their word. They demonstrated a new magagine and allowed me to load a CO2 cartridge myself.
Since then I have inserted more cartridges with no further problems. Thank you Pellpax.

When our shop staff mentioned the magazine issue, they were referring to the fact that it has happened before. That said, we have supplied many M92A1 models without any problems. As you are local to us, we would be more than happy to replace the magazine with a new one and install the CO₂ in the shop so you can see that everything is working correctly.

When you visit, please ask for Callum, and I will make him aware of the situation. He works Tuesday through Saturday.

We hope you will accept our offer so we can turn this sub-standard experience into a positive one for you.
