Watches cames fast, i had tracking number from the begging to the arrival. Watches looks fantastic, good quality, amazing looks and very nice details. Very affordable and classy option for a watch.

no customer service, delivery took ages with no way to track package, watch is packaged bad and the quality is genuinely appalling . feels like its made from plastic. the links are terrible and they jingle + squeak. only reason for the 1 star is because the face of the watch isn't too bad. highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

"Do not buy a watch from this company!"
I've been waiting for weeks for my watches to turn up.
After being told multiple time they are on there way from the almost unreachable customer service.
They never turned up.
I've asked for a refund multiple times and they just ignor you.
I finally had a reply saying "they can not give a refund once it has been sent as company policies"
So they do not care about customer rights.
They are a scam company I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
I'm now in contact with advice and seeking compensation.

I orderd almost 25 days ago and miss my delivery connection even first time i see some 100% guarantee for delivery charge for which i paid 7 pounds extra such stores should be banned they are scmmers from asia who just put fake tracking to you and nothing been transferred even the delivery method they chose that delivery method rates them a cub1 parcel name which stands for some scammed delivery now i want my refund but can't get thorough then for refund i need my money back will try every single tech to expose them so others get saved

After waiting almost two weeks for shipment to Germany, the parcel had been marked delivered to me personally, although I never received the initial order of two Watches. After contacting Pelvini´s Support about requesting a Ticket for DHL to review my missing parcel, they responded and I quote " We will not rest until your issue is resolved".
Months later, and they still haven´t done anything, let alone reply to my further requests.
They could´ve said instead " We will rest assured. You on the other hand have been ripped off."

⚠️ Buyer Warning – My Experience with Pelvini

I placed an order with Pelvini on February 16 and paid extra for what they called “fast shipping.” More than 19 days later, the tracking shows the package is still in China and hasn’t even left the country.

So I paid additional money for fast shipping, yet after over two weeks the order hasn’t even started international transit. That’s not fast shipping that’s misleading customers.

When I contacted their support, they simply told me they cannot refund because the order is already “in transit,” even though it hasn’t actually left China.

Charging customers extra for fast shipping while the package sits in the origin country for weeks is unacceptable.

I’m sharing this so other buyers can be aware before ordering.

Ordered two watches as a gift. Opened the package on Valentine’s Day and no watches, in the box. Still waiting to hear if I’ll get a refund or if they will replace the watches.

The watches are really good quality and they look very nice! The packaging is decent and the watches came in pristine new condition, not even scratched up!!

Not gonna lie, I thought it didn’t come, but it showed up and everything’s fine. Appreciate it—ordering again.

Customer service was great responded quickly and help me find out where the watch was watch came within 2 weeks very happy as I didn’t pay for fast shipping

The response time was admirable but the quality of the watches is subpar and they mark up the prices. You could easily buy similar looking models off of Temu for just a couple of euro. Don't fall for the scam.

Loved both of the watches, opulent obsidian and rosé. The watches are heavy, so you can feel they habe quality material. Pelvini put a lot of effort and detail into the watches which i appreciate. I can only recommend Pelvini if you wanna get some cool, elegant watches.
