They show a nice demo of how the product is made and packed but when you actually order and get the product its all a lie. Watch is actually good in quality but overall not satisfied with the service. It took a long time to be delivered and the tracking update is wrong. I had to email and make a fuss until i get my order in order to make sure it’s not a scam.

Ordered over a month ago and still waiting. Email replies are clearly AI generated. Same products can be purchased from Temu and Shein for 10% of the cost. I wish I did my research before hand. Was suppose to be a nice Christmas presenta and I've been scammed of my hard earned money.
I requested a refund and was told I need to wait for the product to arrive then return to Australia at a £40 cost to me. Horrible people

Genuinely, I ordered without reading any of these reviews. When I looked TripAdviser, I was quite scared given most reviews are 1 star. But, I've just received my order, I am VERY relieved and VERY happy I ordered. Yes, it took a while (3 weeks maybe), and yes, it came from China. But, the watches look AMAZING, especially considering I got 2 for £50. They're in a proper branded box, but I can see others say it comes in random packaging. So yes, I'm overall very impressed, couldn't be happier really.

Its taking a quite long time to process before they deliver!! I have read all the comments in the official website but it seems to be fake.
But here many people complaining about it.
Never buy from this brand again.
I also strongly suggest you people to go and report their official account at social media platforms that they are a scam .Hopefully there accounts will be banned so that they learn and never get a future trust🥱🥱
