This is the best ergonomic mouse I every use, the company have awsome support and now I waiting for the next generation penclic mouse. Why is best becasuse the pain in my hand just gone after 2-3months and now for 5-6years I still use penclic mouse.
Avoid buying anything from them! Penclic will missell there product line as ergonomic and well designed. What you will get to know only once you become a customer is that they have no reliable customer support and will ignore your communications. Furthermore the products are designed with limited life as you can not change batteries or buy spares. This company just makes cheap quality products which are sold at exorbitant prices. Sad to see a Swedish company have such a wretched and unresponsible business model.
Penclic is such an unscrupulous company which will shamelessly remove negative listings on their instagram page instead of behaving ethically.
I bought two keyboards, but both went crazy after only 6 months. They promised me a refund, not only have they not kept their word, and they no longer respond to messages...
I advise everyone not to buy their products, they are dishonest and do not respect the guarantee of the products.
