We booked a self guided trip in Poland. After they received our money it was very hard to contact them. Emails were never answered and the phone numbers supplied had no answer. Until we arrived at the first hotel and they were expecting us I was still in some doubt whether it was happening or not! It was all arranged, but their organisation didn't seem very good.
The itinerary was great and it covered many cultural and natural beauties. The tour leader, Andrey, was excellent in coordinating with different local guys, multiple border crossing and different transportation means. The trip went through smoothly. High five to Andrey and our travel group.
