I have serviced my Parker 51 pens 4 of them not all of them are in one go almost 2 years ago. Those are absolutely beautiful more than I have expected. I would like to thank you for the company & specially the Service Technician Mr Simon Gray who is a very nice person to get advise from him very well knowledgeable about the pens.

I have bought,sold and had pens repaired by this firm over a number of years. Service has been exceptional. I am very sad to see only one review of three stars, hence this review.
I cannot add a single date to my experience as I have used this firm over many years.
I used their service twice. In the first case the repair was good but the communication was lacking. It took two months for them to do the repair and only after I reminded them. The second case the repair was partly good. It was quicker than the first time but communicating about the shortage in repair was delayed. At least they offer 12 months on guarantee.
