I found Andy to be easy to work with and I enjoyed the collaboration on getting an Employee Handbook that met ESA and our requirements. My expectaions were exceeded for "turnaround" timing and the end product was professionally completed. He was professional and responded quickly to my emails.

Terrible customer service! They use contract handcuff tactics to trap you into a ridiculously expensive term and will not allow you out. Stay away!

Monica and Shaun explained everything very clearly and were extremely professional and supportive throughout the process. Eleanor also provided a very insightful walkthrough of BrightHR, making the platform easy to understand and navigate. Overall, it has been a great experience working with the Peninsula Canada team.
