Mitch came out to see me and walked me through the requirements of my business in a friendly and helpful way. He was great at dealing with the interruptions caused by my busy small business, where we had to have the meeting while I also served customers and answered the phone. He was realistic about my requirements and very good at explaining everything he was doing and what we need to do going forward.

We engaged Peninsula’s face-to-face team to conduct a workplace investigation and support us through the subsequent disciplinary process.
Kethmi Hirimuthugoda was the consultant allocated for us, and we are immensely grateful for her professionalism, guidance and support throughout the process. She handled the matter with care, provided clear and practical advice, and helped us navigate a complex situation with confidence.
We highly recommend Kethmi and sincerely appreciate the assistance she provided.

Terrible service. Paid a premium for priority client service, spoke to 6 different people in the onboarding process. Had zooms cancelled without any communication and response was a system crash!
must be paid a lot to negotiate to keep clients onboard when they try and get out of the agreement due to false misrepresentation.
Taking legal action as we speak

my conversation with Rebecca Vernon was clear and concise and made me feel like you guys were there to help us. we were given advice that made sense on how to keep moving forward. the whole process prior to this it seemed like the employee was the priority not us

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and guidance we received from Ebony. Her support and education for myself and my small business manager was exceptional. Ebony's knowledge helped us handle and remove a staff member with vindictive and untruthful behaviour.

Ellen was very professional and knowledgeable providing relevant information and setting up contract reviews. She also proposed various meetings with other team members to address staffing matters and provide additional training. Very happy with the meeting today.

I contacted Peninsula on Saturday afternoon about a very sensitive Workplace matter. Rebecca Vernon took my call and was very understanding of the situation. She provided valuable advice which we will be following when we return to work on Monday.
After ending the call, I felt relieved we could talk to someone so professionally even though it was on the weekend.

I discussed a difficult employment matter with Seb Diaz, and he was very helpful and professional. His technical knowledge was excellent, and balanced well by a highly commercial approach, understanding employer's objectives.

Terrible experience as a small business client. Emails went unanswered, and when I asked for records of my requests the company told me it could not locate them — while still claiming everything had been logged and handled. When I actually needed help, I did not get it. On top of that I was hit with an early termination fee, and when I asked for the contract clause and the calculation behind it, I got no clear answer. I’ve referred the matter to the relevant consumer authorities. My advice: read the minimum-term and termination clauses very carefully before you sign anything. This reflects my own experience and opinion.
