I have had my second interaction with Peninsula in a week! a different staff member from the first time as knowledgeable, friendly as I am sure all are. Patient - I was a bit frazzled and Zara was patient, going over things again (maybe twice) to make sure I understood.

Linda Ali was very understanding
Linda Ali was very understanding about my situation especially at my frustration that I had previously asked for the Clerks Award to be added to our file. Linda followed up the next day and sent an email, when I called back later she recalled our case and was very helpful. Linda made sure that all steps were completed and that I didn't have to go and speak to the documents team and explain again what I needed. There was also a really quick turn over so I am really happy with the service I received from Linda Ali

From my initial consult with Juliet yesterday and Andaleeb this afternoon we had a great experience. A difficult situation has been handled with care and insight. Adanleeb in particular was very helpful. She picked up my case without notice, After a brief review of my situation, gave good insight and provided me with what I required to conduct an interview with an aggrieved employee in a very timely manner. The advice suggested and documentation provided to us within a very short time period was greatly appreciated.
