Ordered top for July 4, took 3 wks to arrive
Website shows sparked top, no sparkles. Poor quality . Plain piece of red,white, blue material . 2 pieces sewn together.
Website said from a small Texas town…it’s from china. Trying for 3 wks to get refund. Reported to BBB. Going to my bank to claim fraud charge

Do not buy anything from these people! It took weeks to get my item and I have been trying for more weeks to return it with no luck. Unless you are 100% sure you are going to keep what you order, steer clear.

Their clothes are "hit and miss" in quality. The blouses are very boxy in shape. You cannot get a reply from their customer service and they will not take anything back. I will never order from them again.

I love all 3 shirts purchased, only problem is shipping and delivery schedule.

Do not buy these dresses! First, shipping took more than a month (I know Covid affects shipping, but this was not normal). Next, the quality of the fabric is awful. The fabric is very similar to what you would find on a chiid's throw-away, one-time use Halloween costume. The only way to leave feedback is if the company thinks you are going to leave a positive review...otherwise, they only give you an e-mail to respond to. I had to choose that I "liked" the product in order to leave this review. The company does not give refunds or take the product back if you are unhappy. They are "supposedly" going to give me a $10 refund (the 3 dresses I bought were about $100). Any dress at Walmart, Target, etc. would be better quality. I had hoped for far better considering the price.

I ordered 3 dresses from this company. They were horrible quality, sizing, everything was bad. I asked to return them and I received an email that said because shipping fee is so expensive we will credit you $20. What? Really? Do not order from this company!

I ordered 3 items from this site. Items took at least 6weeks to arrive. The boho dress I ordered is beautiful and fits perfectly. The others 2 items do not fit right. Sizing is very inconsistent. I reached out to customer service to return items and was offered $11 refund for items I paid $72! I'm still waiting for an address to return my items. Customer service is awful!! Nobody will return my messages. Will never purchase items from this site again!

I am generally happy with my order. The shipping time was quite long. I love the Wrap Black Dress, and will likely order others similar.
The fabric for the Glamorous V-Neck Short Sleeve Printed Blouse was a bit stiff, and I am not sure I like how it sits on my hips.

5 star for the clothes but definitely takes awhile to deliver.

Love the dress! Took a while to ship after ordering and a couple of follow up emails. Always received a response. I wanted mine for a bridal shower. Received it just in time! So, if you are not in a hurry to get the dress, I definitely recommend it.

All 3 pieces fit perfectly and I love them!

Really liked the blouses! I'm short, so the long sleeved ones were too long.

The tops are very pretty and washed nice.

I’m happy with my items from Penlly. The sizing was accurate and fabrics are soft and good quality. One tshirt colour was a little different than I expected (more tan than Grey) but it’s still nice. Would recommend.

Quality of material and production is poor. Sizing is way off. I'm currently trying to return the items but have not received response from their customer service.

Awful company. When I made my purchase, the claim on their website was free returns - otherwise I would've never ordered from the site! It's been a battle ever since I've requested to return a few items and now they want me to pay for shipping the return to Dubai. I would caution anyone wanting to purchase from them. The sizing and fit was off on many items, but the return process has been a month of back and forth with them. I also never received one of the items I ordered but initially got charged for it. I luckily got reimbursed for that....after I asked.

It has been a month since I ordered and have not even received a confirmation that my order has been shipped.
They were quick to charge my visa!!!
