Excellent and very thorough calls.
Although I understand the need to be very clear on the legislative requirements, I found that after reading the documents provided, there was a lot of "scripted" repetition which could have been avoided or reduced, maybe with a questionnaire? Staff however acknowledged this and apologized, but said it was a legal requirement.

Only just started my journey wit Pensionhelpdirect, but so far they have been courteous polite and professional. I have not received any significant advise as yet, so am unable to comment on the quality of what I am really trying to achieve
