Easy to order and quick delivery. Left the bag of logs as far up the driveway as they could which was much appreciated.
Highly recommend.

After being let down by usual log supplier Pentland Biomass delivered me a bag promptly on a specified day, providing an approximate window of delivery. The driver contacted me when they reached my address to ask where I wanted the logs left - I had said in drive on the order but he realised this would mean carrying loads up the garden steps many times and so wanted to know if I needed them closer to the house. I certainly did but hadn’t been sure if they would be able to accommodate! Excellent service all round.

I use Pentland Biomass on a regular basis. I use wood burners to heat my home and I get all my wood and kindling from them. Great service, good price and nice people.

First time using Pentland Biomass for our new log burner which is still in the process of being installed. Fantastic logs & kindling at a great price. Kept up to date with the whole order process from start to delivery. Delivered well within the timescale on website. Delivery driver was absolutely fantastic by helping us move the bags into our garage. Would definitely recommend Pentland Biomass to anyone & will absolutely use this company again for our logs & kindling.

Great service, pellets were delivered in good time and the driver even put them all in my garage for me. Really impressed!
