I ordered a case of dessert wine for a New Years party. Despite using the holiday delivery schedule on their site, not only did nothing turn up in time, but it took nearly a week and three separate customer service inquiries to get an explanation from the company about what had happened. Eventually I got short email stating they'd taken my money despite not having the item in stock! The shop then took another nine days to process my refund.
The company should adjust their system to let people know whether items are in stock or not so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.

This is not one of those dodgy companies
I changed my mind about the membership and was feeling apprehensive as to whether it was going to be a elaborate and complicated process... In the past some companies have deliberately made membership cancelation impossible so that they can continue processing debits off my account. Not with Penwareshop. My membership was easily canceled. While my membership has been canceled, I am certain that Penwareshop is NOT one of those dodgy memberships. They have a genuine interest in what their members want. They are not blinded by money. Thank you Emily for your help and support. Had it not been for the fact that I am currently unemployed and can't actually afford membership payments, I would have reconsidered the cancelation. Thank you for being an honest company and for the excellent support and service. A special thanks to Emily for overseeing my case. My experience with Penwareshop has been surprisingly good. They have standards far higher than the norm out there. I am impressed. Thanks again.

The team was polite to speak to, they were trying to help, however, the website wasn't very straightforward to understand, on an advert I clicked, I got told that the product I wanted would be on the website, but wasn't.

IKEA gift box ads are being used to redirect payments to your site without clearly informing users. This is misleading and constitutes fraudulent behavior. You are making it appear as if we are purchasing an IKEA gift box, but instead a VIP membership is being charged. The information shown is unclear and does not reflect the actual transaction.
I did not knowingly approve or authorize this membership purchase.
For these reasons, I demand the following immediately:
1. Cancellation of my membership,
2. A full refund of the €2 charge,
3. Deletion of all my personal data and account information from your system.
This situation is unacceptable, and I expect the resolution to be completed without delay.
