Widely regarded as one of the worst managing agents in Brighton just from reading Reddit.

They charged £504 for a lease pack to sell a property that they manage the communal areas of. Said it would take 5 working days.

It’s been 19 working days. They don’t respond to chasing and are now risking the property transaction. Reception are rude and just tell you that the person dealing with it is not available and refuse to pass on a message - just to email them.

Awful. Avoid.
