This is my fourth review
This is my third review. the first time I reviewed it I never received the product. they blamed it on a third party delivery service out of china. The second time they said they would refund the money which they eventually did. At that time they said they were going to send me the product for free due to the mess up. And as an incentive to review it in a better light. I never received it after they said they would send it again. This morning they offered me a ten dollar amazon gift card to review it again. I don't want the gift card because at this time I don't have anything good to say about the company and I can't say one way or the other about the product because after a crapload of frustration I still haven't received any.
I just saw the reply and I can appreciate the small business aspect of it I run a business as well. When you tell someone that you will send something (the second time) I should expect to receive it. Howeverr I haven't and there have been no shipping details or anything forthcoming so I doubt you sent the second shipment at all.

To clarify for you and for others reading this: the issue you experienced stemmed from a one-time problem with one of our logistics partners, which unfortunately caused a failed delivery attempt. Our products are dispatched through our trusted fulfilment partners, and this case was an isolated logistics error.
We did process a full refund for your order weeks ago, and in addition, we sent you three bottles free of charge as a goodwill gesture to make up for the inconvenience. That’s why we are a bit surprised by your comment that nothing was received. From our side, we went above and beyond what most companies would do in this situation.
As a small business, we genuinely appreciate honest feedback and always strive to improve. But we also want to be clear and transparent with our community that this was an isolated logistics error, and we’ve taken steps to ensure it does not happen again.
I want to rate it higher but can’t
I want to rate it higher, but it just didn’t work for me. I’m wrapping up my 5th bottle with no noticeable effect. In fact, it may have gotten worse. It’s a shame because I like the way it feels in the hair way more than anything else. It also takes like 2+ weeks to get since it comes from out of the country.

I am not losing hair anymore, and my hair looks generally better. Just waiting for the new called baby hair, I have been using peptonix since April already, I hope to see them coming out soon.

Difficult to cancel and sneaky
I ordered a 1 time shipment for a 3 month supply and been mailed a 3 month supply every single month on the same day. I have so many bottles I don’t know what to do with them. They charged my card at almost midnight when I finally caught it tonight and their website literally says we’ll email you a “magic” link to check on your subscriptions and that email never comes. I used Apple Pay to buy and know my email is correct there. My only course now is to dispute my charges and file as many complaints and reviews as possible. Poor experience, no idea if the product even works yet.

We never create subscriptions on a customer’s behalf—everything is fully transparent at the time of purchase.
Additionally, before each renewal, we send an email notification several days in advance with the option to skip or cancel. We do not engage in any hidden practices, and all subscription details are provided upfront.
That said, we absolutely understand if you no longer wish to continue. We can cancel your subscription immediately and process a refund for your most recent order. Please confirm how you’d like us to proceed, and we’ll resolve this promptly.

Never got product
Update: I did get my refund and a free bottle to try. I will send another review once I try the product.
Placed an order on August 28, 2025 It is now September 17, 2025 and still haven't received it. When I look up the tracking it says it's out for delivery in my city and state since September 5, 2025. I contacted the company by email Sept. 10 and they said for me to contact my local post office. They have NO clue. Sent out email today wanting a refund. Will find out if I get that. Would NOT recommend.

Month and a half review
This is my 1 1/2 month review. As of this point I have not see any difference. I followed directions as per instructions. I know some of the reviews claim results after few months. So I will keep this updated and hopefully next month and a half will see good results. Stay tuned

I have been using this for a few months now and there has been no changes to my hair. Nothing like the manufacturer claims. I would not recommend this product.

Peptonix dual action formula
Peptonix improves upon the previous peptide I used by incorporating ingredients to combat DHT. This results in a more complete solution in a single product. However, the new growth could be better in terms of thickness of the hair shafts and and overall density. Yes, there is regrowth, but it's not a direct replacement for the hair I have lost. Peptonix is very affordable compared to other products with dubious results.
