Ordered putting mat on 24 Nov and despite numerous emails (many not replied to) and reassurances that the product would arrive before Christmas it did not arrive. I have asked for a full refund of £120. This has been a tricky year and not having a gift for my partner just managed to make it a bit worse. I am an idiot - I believed the advert that showed a fabulous product. So disappointed.

I haven't received my order despite ordering on the 10th December and being told it would be here for Christmas. No update, nothing. I'm not even sure if they are a real company or whether I have just been scammed out of £129.00. Christmas present ruined,

Check out the reviews below: this company is either amazing with rave reviews or appalling with shoddy customer service, very poor tracking and transport links and despite what the web site says it is not based in the UK.
My order claimed 6-10 days delivery but it has been stationary with La Poste for over 3 days. Christmas is here but no gift for my husband. I try to use individual companies instead of Amazon, but then this happens and I feel cheated and let down.

So I ordered in Nov and since 24th Nov it’s been in transit........ no update or change in this status and clearly won’t be here for Christmas. Very disappointing and despite contact no confirmation or guarantee when I can expect it......concerned is an understatement as delivery timelines were never communicated at ordering.

The mat arrived damaged and perfect practice didn’t care and were so unhelpful it’s untrue. Spent weeks and weeks chasing a replacement or refund and still nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID - completely misled!
As many others have eluded to, this company is an embarrassment. I would not recommend ordering from them at all. I had to chase them up as no order confirmation email came through. I did get a reply but they would not commit to tell me where it was being shipped from or when it would be shipped but other comment suggest this is from China which it I'd have known I would never have placed an order. Completely misguided by the whole website, says it will indicate delivery times at checkout but it didn't...I continued in good faith but so wish I'd checked reviews on here. Ordered on 5th December for a Xmas present, certainly looking unlikely to arrive. Poor communication, poor customer care, AVOID!
As a follow up, the item eventually did arrive and in time for Christmas but there was so much uncertainty from the lack of communication and customer service perspective i would still suggest avoiding.

SCAM!! No delivery 3weeks later, No reply to 3 emails!
Ordered on 21st Nov, provided tracking details. Said goods left CHINA on Dec 2nd. (No information on website prior to order that goods coming from CHINA to UK! Or would never have ordered) Now 15th Dec and parcel still not even landed in UK yet.
Parcel flying around in the Sky for 13days!!? Delivery plane must have Royal Air Force Refuelling team flying around in the sky with it.
Sent 3 emails chasing information. No responses.
Don’t trust this company your money or card details.
T&C on website say no refunds if goods have left their facility. This stinks of scam website.

VERY PROLONGED DELIVERY, BOX DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
My order of the perfect putting mat finally arrived today 22 working days after ordering on 15.11.20. The box was in a very damaged state as it was unprotected other than with what looked like a black bin bag. It is a gift so I can’t fully check it yet or comment on the quality of the product. Very very poor service.

Please note this is shipped from China so it does take a while to get here, the tracking information seems to stay on exported for a number of days, once in the UK arrived very quickly. Placed order on 17 November, arrived 15 December. Would use them again.

Ordered 3weeks ago and still waiting for arrival. Tracking information just goes to China post? Not sure now if this is a scam or not. Will wait if not here by Xmas will claim back via card company.
Poor customer service no response to emails. Would go elsewhere if you looking at putting matts.

Ordered 2 items,one on the 19/11/20 the other 20/11/20..... received tracking to say both items had been dispatched to uk on 29/11/20 and 1/12/20,since then no more tracking information.
I have emailed and they have responded and told me not to worry but I want to know where they are!

AVOID - NO Delivery and NO information!
I ordered THREE on the 23rd November. No tracking information since the 4th December! I have emailed three times and I just keep being told it will be here before Xmas. No updates and it takes days to get a reply. I am really angry that I am left feeling so anxious. The emails say delivery is 7-14 days and I am currently on day 20 with no idea where my goods are!! I am beginning to think I am being scammed here. Dreadful customer service! Where is the phone number???
