There was a small issue with the first one sent to me. The customer service representative sent out a new one immediately. The new one works perfectly as described.

I ordered the SMPWKF K-type female flat connector. I was pleasantly surprised that they appear to be an unbranded equivalent of an Omega connector. Parts arrived quick. I had one invoice correction that needed PerfectPrime help with, and it was handled immediately. I've been impressed so far.

Fast delivery, great communication, easy to deal with and gave a discount for a bulk order

I would give 5 stars but I didn’t receive part of my order. I am not to clear as to when I will receive the missing item. I don’t think I will be ordering from the company again

It worked for about a month, then started flashing a message on the screen that said “Thermal Sensor Keeps Stopping” in a glitchy way. When I called the customer service number it said it was no longer in service but to use email and they gave a different email than is listed on their site. I got a reply explaining it’s easier to have short email in the phone message but it is all legitimate. Someone has responded to me via email and I will work with them to find a solution. I’ll update my review if I’m able to get a refund for this device as I already had to go buy a FLIR E5 for $1700 today so I could do the jobs I have scheduled. I need a reliable device with local customer service even if the price is 6 times higher.

I've been trying to reach this company for about a month with zero response. Both US phone #'s are out of service, they haven't replied to email and they haven't replied to messages sent through their website. They have two different models of IR cameras that are priced different with the same part number. Makes no sense. How is this a legit company??

I submitted a question before my purchase and got a prompt, professional response. My order arrived quickly and the items work perfectly and priced well!

The registration process is impossible. It say order #,or serial #. There is no serial # on the product or in the packaging and the order # doesn’t work. Next you have to many measurement scales (5 or less would be plenty with some explanation is the colors would be nice. The max-min temp is nice). You interchange the term “Trigger” and “Measurement Button” but don’t tell us that there the same switch “the trigger”. The English translation could use some work
Finally there needs to be a download bar showing how long the updates will take (you should ship with the latest software version) I tried downloading the latest software version and after an hour of waiting I disconnected the download (so far that is the most frustrating)
It is easy to get operational and the extremes are easy to see but the refinements in between can be confusing

The product I bought was very affordable compared to alternatives. It works really well. It shipped quickly to me even on an island.

Great camera. The IR281 has a resolution comparable to more expensive cameras. It works great.

Shipping was delayed a bit but overall I love the product!

Good product. Wish the software would turn the camera to landscape mode.

Our shipment did not have our po referenced on it anywhere. With the volume of orders we receive this is critical. This needs to happen going forward.
