I ordered the IR281 and it’s a really nice thermal imager, I hope it will stand the test of time. I was floored by how fast it arrived too, great job Perfect Prime.

I haven't had a chance to have someone help me learn how to use it yet. But I'm happy so far.

Bought my Thermal Imaging Camera IR0019 a few weeks ago, delivery was reasonably fast. Just a few days ago I was actually able to use it for the first time. In one of my friends garage, he had a smoldering burn behind the celling of his work shop, lot's of smoke in the attic of the work shop. We where able to find the hot spot from underneath, from the work shop side, aiming the camera up at the ceiling (15 feet distance). I was very pleased, it already paid off. Always again, Thank you

We ordered the IR0005 Thermal Camera to troubleshoot a leak in the wall of a couple of units in our condominium. The IR0005 Thermal Camera targeted that the roof was the problem to investigate. Once that was fixed we were able to see how ingress affected the inner walls of the condo. We followed that with a basic pinless moisture meter to isolate exactly where the problem was and how concerning it should be and are able to monitor the drying process without opening the wall. This 2 pronged approach helped us avoid a costly restoration company and plumber visits. We went straight to the roofer for repairs and could monitor our own inner wall moisture problems. I would recommend the IR0005 Thermal Camera for just such an approach. It worked as suggested and we have one now in case a further incident should arise.

The portable heated blanket I ordered arrived on time and is exactly as stated. It is the perfect size as well as being wonderfully soft and plush to the touch. Bought it for a friend who is unwell. I’m very pleased with this product and the service from PerfectPrime.

The unit arrived quickly and worked as specified. It developed a physical problem with the screen. The company, based in Hong Kong with a commercial presence in Canada, was responsive and fair. They sent me a new unit that continues to work well.

Regarding the unit, it works as expected and delivers reliable results. The cost per IR pixel is low and the user selectable modes are useful.Dynamic colour spectrum ranging and corresponding multiple dynamic spot temperature readouts are particularly useful.

I would buy another product from this company.

Good easy to use handheld thermometer, it operates by pressing trigger and switches automatic off so very convenient. I use thermometer to control heating of engine parts and has proven useful. Clear integrated laserpointer helps to target the surface you want to check and is safety wise only active while scanning to avoid undesired laser radiation.
The display is clearly visible, backlight is handy for use in the dark. Only impovement is that I miss an possibility to attach wrist strap, used for digital camera’s, to prevent unit to drop.

Makkelijk te bedienen contactloze thermometer, schakelt direct in bij indrukken knop zonder bediening op display. Ik gebruik het voor verwarmen van motor onderdelen en daarvoor is het een handig ding. Schakelt vanzelf uit om lang met batterij te doen, is ook makkelijk. Duidelijke laserpointer om te weten waar de temperatuur gemeten wordt en alleen actief wanneer er gemeten wordt zodat je niet per ongeluk in de straal kijkt.
Verlichte display is handig voor donkere inzet, ik mis alleen mogelijk om koordje zoals bij digitale camera vast te zetten om de thermometer aan je pols te kunnen laten bungelen.

Still haven’t received it. It’s stuck at customs. This is due to the wrong price mentioned in the shipping documents. Already being charged demurrage charges because of delay without any fault of ours.

I still haven't gotten my shipment. Today is 1/8. Order placed 12/17. 3 weeks even with the holidays seems like a long time.

I placed my order 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet. I sent an email but got no response.

The staff at PerfectPrime are the Greatest and their Products are far superior. Best customer service available.
