UNABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. CHIP DID NOT WORK, NO PERFORMANCE GAIN

Scam scam scam scam,
I purchased two chips with this guy! And I didn’t get any!! And there’s no way to get my money back now…

Part is incorrect and I cannot contact anyone from their costumer support to return.

Scammer. Doesn't answer phone or messages from website.

I ordered the chip, they notified USPS of intension to ship but never did, i wrote to them, no answer. Luckily I always use Paypal for these type payments. I contacted Paypal, who then contacted the company. The following night around 1am in the morning, they shipped it. I finally got the chip, it's a flimsy looking piece of plastic with 3 Led's on the front with a pushbutton switch, I don't expect much from it. If i see any difference in using i will give an update.

No Stars!!!!! Took my money and run. No customer Service at all. No merchandise delivered

These guys are banddits!
Took my cash and disappeared.
Im currently having them ivestigated by both the BBB and the Florida police.
They have to be made to pay up and be cclosed down.

No stars at all tbh a complete scam is what they are, ordered a chip last Monday and express shipping and it never arrived. A complete waste of money, be careful people check on reviews before buying from any place.

Wanted to reach support. Phone number is no good. No instructions to tell uf chip is working. Chip was usless. This company is a total sham!! Fraudulent all the way!!

I purchased this "performance chip" a week+ prior to a trip I was going to make. I paid for "express shipping" well that joke was on me (haha) they quickly made the shipping label. So that I can see that it was created. However they took over 5 days before giving it to the shipper. OH, the shipper got it to me in the two day time frame. But I have already left. So I paid for this shipping that did me no good.

Their instructions were very simple. Well maybe to simple. There is no code to find out what all the flashing lights mean; However they give you a number to call. Great, well wait a minute, there's no one there to pick up and goes right to a voicemail that says "there not available at the moment". So I said Okay I will email them. Well again that JOKE is on me (haha). I have not received any response from them. But damn they were so quick to take my money.

OH, the best part is, My vehicle is running worse then before I put it in.

I hope this helps someone. I know I will not see my money back.

As with almost everyone else, their chip seems to be a scam. I found my fuel mileage actually decreased appx 4 MPG, so I started digging. I opened the device up and found one push button switch and two diodes with lights. A performance chip cannot be this simple.

They sell you a product with led in and tell you it a chip for you that plug in to your OBD2 connector it is a scam thet get you for $75

Complete rip off!! I wrote them an email and got no response twice, then called and the voicemail said the person you are calling is not available, please try calling again!!! I went to the BBB site and they were full of complaints.

This company is a complete SHAM.
Their product doesn't work.
They will not respond to emails.
The phone number on there website has a permanent recording saying they are not available.
BEWARE

The chip does not enhance speed, fuel economy or otherwise. I wrote 3 times to the company for a refund (and to return the "chip") but never got a reply. The phone number listed for the company is out of service. I recommend NEVER to buy from this "company".

I got the chip in the mail but it is a 16-pin chip and my truck has a 12 pin connector. I've tried calling their number numerous times but can never talk to anyone. I've emailed their support address too and no reply. I'm beginning to think all the reviews I've read about this company are true (read them unfortunately after I ordered, bad on me). Their customer service is terrible and probably their product too.

Do not order! Address is a UPS store, phone number is not active and they do not answer their emails. I would guess the unit (if I had received it) is just a plastic casing.

Ordered product and it arrived as scheduled. Plugged it in my 2021 Silverado 5.3 litter. After about half a tank of gas it started working. Went from 15 to around 19.5 mpg definite increase in power as well. Pretty noticeable in the driver seat.

I ordered a chip 9/17/2023 and it never arrived . I sent an email and they advised that the post office didn't send it . He told me he would send a new one. It is now 15 days and never received the second one, he said he sent . He sent me an email stating it was to arrive today 10/2/2023 according to tracking #. The chip never arrived . So with that being said , beware of this SCAM.. Contacting my lawyer, bank Better Business Bureau and licensing division in his state. As far as I am concerned this is a SCAM and Fraud . Hang on to your hat Mister, you are about to go on a wild Legal Ride!!! For anyone reading this review . Beware of this Company and Product. I would recommend not to order from this company as all they do is take your money and not send the product. Let's make company famous ... Next is FACEBOOK, TIK TOK, INSTAGRAM AND NEWS CHANNELS..
