I am extremely disappointed with my experience at PerfumeOnline.
On June 20, I purchased two bottles of Arabia Inter Rouge (100 ml) for $74.84 (Order #5005). I have been wearing this fragrance for a long time, so I know exactly how it smells and performs.
When my order arrived, I opened one bottle and immediately noticed that the fragrance was noticeably different from what I had always used. Even worse, the performance was terrible. Within less than two hours, the scent had almost completely disappeared.
I contacted customer service expecting them to take my complaint seriously. I never claimed the perfume was fake. I simply explained that it smelled different and performed much worse than the same fragrance I had purchased before.
Instead of investigating my concern or offering a reasonable solution, I received what appeared to be a generic response explaining reformulations, batch variations, maceration, and skin chemistry. None of that addressed my actual complaint.
Their only solution was to return the product at my own expense, pay for return shipping, and accept a 25% restocking fee for a perfume that had to be opened in order to determine there was a problem. The second bottle remains completely sealed, yet I would still lose money because of their policy.
To me, these return conditions show very little respect for customers. After spending nearly $75, I was left with products I do not want and no fair resolution.
This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this company. I will never purchase from PerfumeOnline again, and I cannot recommend them based on the way they handled my complaint. A company should stand behind the products it sells instead of hiding behind restrictive return policies when a customer raises a legitimate concern.

I ordered perfume 21 days ago and my parcel didn’t delivered qnd on delivery platform logistics it’s not delivered and I sent all screen short throw mail to them but they said it was glitch . However, I didn’t receive my parcel and they didn’t response from last 7 days. This is not fair for me.
I had a wonderful experience with PerfumeOnline Canada. The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process was quick and simple, and my perfume arrived on time in perfect condition. The fragrance was exactly what I expected, and I was very happy with the quality and service. Great prices, fast delivery, and excellent customer experience. Product ordered was delivered on time, service is excellent.
To me this is not the same fragrance that I expected from Amaali. I bought this same perfume oil last year from local shopping mall. I still have little bit amount left and after receiving your product I compared and it is not smelling the same though the product is exactly same packaging. Anyway I bought two due to the sale price and now I am the looser. I will never buy from this online store again and I will never recommend to anyone of my family member or friends.

We recently placed our first order with this company.
We wanted to purchase from a Canadian online retailer.
However, after placing our order, we did not receive any tracking or updates.
When the order finally arrived, the perfumes were in various states of damage and leaking.
We have now been corresponding with the retailer for some time, with no resolution.
Many of these items were gifts for people, and we needed to go out and purchase alternate gifts in the meantime before the occasions passed.
We were able to find similar items on Amazon, that came in two days instead of two weeks, and they arrived in good condition.
The retail asked us to provide lengthy video footage of the issue and told us that the process to investigate would take some time.
After providing the requested information we have now not heard back from them.
Most disturbingly, we realized after looking more closely at our bill, that we were charged a fee for package protection.
We do not remember being asked whether we wanted this or not so it seems to be mandatory.
That being said, this fee appears to be meaningless as far as what protection it actually provides.
We will definitely not be ordering from this company again, as we cannot afford to spend hundreds of dollars, only to end up with no usable product, and no meaningful or timely response or resolution from this company.
We felt compelled to warn other consumers before they consider purchasing from Perfume Online Canada.
