I’ve now purchased from Pergolux three times, and every single experience has been excellent.

The quality of the pergolas is consistently high — solid materials, great design, and everything works as expected. You really get the sense that this is a product built to last.

What stands out even more, though, is the customer service. They are always responsive, helpful, and genuinely service-minded. No matter the question or situation, they follow up quickly and make sure things are handled properly.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both strong products and equally strong service — but Pergolux does exactly that.

Might not be able to offer exactly what we had in mind, but very focused on understanding our wish and match this with a early proposal.

This is a great product - looks good, high quality, well designed, instructions decent (a little off, but good enough). From other reviews here, you may get a bad sentiment about the company, but in my opinion it is not justified. Yes, the logistics processes could be better and no, customer service is not super fast to reply. But once you get a hold of them, they offer the kindest and most helpful service you could wish for - perhaps their thoroughness is why it takes time.

They have some internal processes which need maturation and they are hard at work improving on them - expect rapid improvements going forward.

Through my dialogue with them, it seems as a young company with a super solid foundation and a healthy culture. Instead of complaining about the waiting time, arm yourself with a bit of patience and rejoice in getting a great product, while supporting a company flourish.

PS: We and anyone seeing our pergola (4x6 m Skydance 3) shows nothing but awe and excitement for it.

We ordered on 18 March and the money was immediately deducted from my card - around 41.000 DKK, against Danish law. Though it said delivery in a few days on the website, we did not receive anything until Mid of April. When we opened the packets, a 4m screen was missing. After contacting Pergolux we were told that the shipping department had forgotten to report that the screen was out of stock. They then promised delivery in June. I asked again on 10 June; one representative said it would be in stock in 2 weeks and another in 4 weeks.
In July I asked through the chat, since no-one answered my emails. I was told I could expect to receive it in 2 weeks (week 31) and probably before that

Update 1 September:
The story continued: In week 31 I asked through the chat and again I was told in 2 weeks (week 33) and probably before that. When I insisted that she should follow up with the shipping department, because I felt like their standard answer was 2 weeks, the chat representative became very defensive and said she was certain of week 31. Surprise, week 31 comes, and still no delivery. So I asked again and this time was assured 33 was the new delivery week and the representative was certain of it (again). When I insisted the product was in stock per the website she replied that they had very few trucks going to Denmark. By week 34 this had become such a joke when I once again asked through the chat and was told week 35.
However, then something new happened: The day after I was called by the sales manager and promised delivery that week. And actually, the missing screen was shipped on 21 August but was then delayed and not delivered until 26 August. Plus we got at compensation.

We installed the 4m screen this Friday and all is now good and functional. The product is really great and deserves 5 stars but the delivery and customer experience has been such a bad experience that I have to deduct 2 stars.

Very good quality product! We are enjoying the new area in front of our house so much. I would recommend it to anyone searching for a good solution for a modern, shady place around the house.
