Not good customer service
The auto address system used when ordering incorrectly put the wrong address for my house number & street , I did not check before submitting the order my fault. When I got the delivery invoice, and realised what had happened, I went on pericone chat to ask to change the delivery address. I was told that I would have to contact the person who address the order was going to myself, as it had been despatched this was 2 day before delivered. If the person return my order, I could have my money back. Will not be using this company again very disappointed

Very disappointed with the mystery box. I feel it is all the products that no one wants. I don’t think I will order again. I was under the impression that it would at least have the one product I live which was the tinted moisturiser. Unfortunately it did not.

I have purchased the Neuropeptide Duo. I have already used the Neuropeptide Deep Crease Serum and it is excellent. I'm hoping for similar results from the Eyelid Lift Serum. On this occasion, the products, including expiry dates, were good and delivery was speedy. The reason for deducting one star is that the complimentary Perricone MD Neuropeptide Pore-Refining & Resurfacing Cream Cleanser which was advertised as free with any Neuropeptide order was not added to my order nor received.
