Neuropeptide Duo
I have purchased the Neuropeptide Duo. I have already used the Neuropeptide Deep Crease Serum and it is excellent. I'm hoping for similar results from the Eyelid Lift Serum. On this occasion, the products, including expiry dates, were good and delivery was speedy. The reason for deducting one star is that the complimentary Perricone MD Neuropeptide Pore-Refining & Resurfacing Cream Cleanser which was advertised as free with any Neuropeptide order was not added to my order nor received.

Poor shelf life
I’m really disappointed. The product arrived with just 2 months shelf life remaining.A real shame, order process simple and delivery on times but just 60 days shelf life is really poor.

Delivery Excelled
I ordered two of my favourite products; the eyelift serum and the tinted face finishing moisturiser on Friday, and even though I was spending over £60 and therefore qualified for free next day delivery, because it was Friday, I expected that to be Monday, however my complete order arrived on Saturday! As a First time customer I was…
As a First time customer I was disappointed to find the promised delux sample of Neuropeptide Deep crease serum was not included inside the parcel with my order.
I spent over ten minutes ‘ talking to a bot’who passed my query to a customer services person called Dilshad . Dilshad promised ‘the relevant team ‘ will reach out to me … nothing has happened since yesterday apart from being asked to fill out a satisfaction survey … not pleased with not being able to speak on the phone with a human !
